Prices going up, serving sizes coming down. My family and I are fans of the frozen Coke here. Now, they're switching sizes up. A large one used to come in a 32oz styro cup. Now, the large is in a plastic cup that doesn't equal the same amount as two small ones. I know - I've poured two small/dollar ones into one of these cups and they both don't fit. So they are charging you more to get the larger one per ounce. But it depends on what time of day & day of the week it is because every once in a blue moon, you'll get the 32oz styro cup. They don't know what the hell cup they are supposed to be using!
As for the food, it's tasty as usual, but the rising prices put them on par with superior restaurants like Culver's and Steak and Shake. But with not as good of food and a 50/50 shot of them botching your order. Make sure you check your food before pulling away from the drive-thru window. Including opening your burger because I cannot tell you how many times they have tried to screw me out of my bacon on the bacon double...
Read moreLove the onion rings, 50 cent icecream.. wait time isn't bad, parking is safe and spacious.. staff a little uptight.. and they are not required to were gloves when working front counter, and they turn around and box your fries after taking your order and accepting your money.. so if and when they do touch your fries or onion rings, they don't think it's a big deal.. I do think it is a very big deal.. money is the most dirty contaminated peice of paper, that more strangers than you can think of has touched on the money.. bacteria cross contamination.. so they said to me would you like a new fries I said yes I just saw them touching my fries.. as they were filling up they were falling out, and front counter personnel used un gloved hands to catch them, after playing with money and turning around to touch my food.. I asked for managers, managers say it's not required for front counter to wear gloves, well it's not required that personal touches food that will be ingested and paid for by...
Read moreMy family and I had the worst experience. The manager on duty was extremely rude. I believe her name was kylee or Kaylee. Before looking at my receipt she said, “well it’s not on the order.” If she had bothered to look on the receipt; she would have clearly seen it. She had no idea where any of the condiments were and blamed everyone but herself for it. Never tell a customer it was whoever did trucks fault. She messed up a simple sundae order and blamed the girl at the counter. Kylie or kaylee casting orders doesn’t make u a manager and #1 rule of customer service is “the customer is always right!” Rolling your eyes and sighing at a customer is very unprofessional for someone in your position. What are you teaching the people who work for you? It’s pretty bad when the people under you are apologizing for your actions. Please set a better example for our youth who are...
