Response: they said they could do the alignment but I need a rear more, here's a quite etc. I explained I just need a front end because it had work done and I need to get to work with the few pennies I had left. And they didn't do it telling me get the control arms and bring it back, sign up for the membership to get all alignments free after that etc etc. Nice try to appear so sweet "helping a lady out". Definitely not getting my money again. Funny how 3 shops laughed at what your guys told me and offered to get me in immediately to get me back to work. SOME SHOPS genuinely care about their customers

SCAM ALERT!!! Went in needing an alignment after having a control arm put on my front end. They were so hung up insisting I needed a rear more, insisted I needed 2 rear control arms to do the alignment etc etc. Called another shop, got in next day, got my front end straight. And can get back to work as a mom of 3, while this place let me leave without I walked in for, because they wanted to try and scam over a young woman. My dad is certified plane mechanic, pilot, taught me how to mill a lower, etc. I know more than the average woman on these things. My van was overheating really bad and water leaking from it I took it to one garage and they said it had a blown head gasket and needed a new head gasket Plus have the heads ground but they could not do the work and it might possibly need a new motor I drove to Desloge Missouri where I took it to plaza tire they immediately took my van in and checked it over they found out it was the radiator core they put on a new radiator new radiator hoses and a thermostat then the next day when I was going to pick it up they found the heating sensor was bad on it and they put a new one in and did not charge me extra for it and then they picked me up and took me to the garage to pick up my van they were very professional and friendly and I would recommend them to anyone and their cost of repairs were very reasonable also I was kept aware of whatever was needed on the van they did nothing without notifying me what need to do it on and if I would authorize it and yes I did and yes I am very happy with the...

Horrible experience! I was originally told my vehicle would be looked at the next day after I brought it in, ok no big deal. Three days later, however, that is when they “got around to taking a look at it”. I could have lived with with. I was then quoted a price for repairs, about $190. Nope. When it was time to pay up it was over $300 for an extra part and labor they didn’t see at the time of my quote. They never once asked if that is what I wanted to do, or would able to pay an extra $100 last minute. They just did it and expected me to not ask questions. In addition to the horrible customer service and experience I had encountered, my vehicle only made it out of the shop and down the road 20 miles before the same problem happened and I was once again stranded. They didn’t stand behind their work or the new parts they just placed in my vehicle. Waste of time and money. I will never go to to this establishment again, and I would highly recommend everyone else to stay...
