I have had a "business" account with Verizon for years. We were never able to access our account or able make purchases at any Verizon retailer that was not a Corporate Verizon. I called Desloge Verizon one day with a simple question, expecting to receive no help without having to drive an hour to St. Louis, but was surprised at the level of help I received from Tierra. Not only was she able to access my entire account, but she was able to answer all of my questions. We had four phones ready to be upgraded, we went to the store within the next few days of our initial phone call and she was able to help us get all four lines done. Tierra helped us more within one phone call and a visit to the store than any other Verizon rep has, combined, in all of our years doing business with Verizon. She went above and beyond to help us. From the start, she was honest and unsure if she would be able to service our business account, but she still worked with us for a couple of hours just to make sure she covered everything - and it paid off! Employees like that are rare and few, and very appreciated!!...
Read moreWhen I tried to do the whole online thing, it messed up. I had to go into the store and get help. Amy opened the door and greeted me in a happy and helpful way. And I was kind of crabby about the whole thing and she didn’t take it personally. She had issues with it as well and instead of giving up... she continued to make phone call after phone call until it was figured out. She could have just said to come back another day but she stuck it out. She was very friendly. And talkative. I liked it. Kept me calm when I was pretty crabby. She even set up everything I needed after fixing the problem. She probably didn’t have to do all of that but she did. And I’m thankful because I work long hours and my brain is scrambled from working non stop. So I appreciate her very much. I will definitely recommend people to her location for service. Read moreSo do you hate being upsold. Do you avoid the Verizon store like the plague? I did until the other day. I walked in because I needed a hotspot replaced. Well of course Mike starts in being friendly salesman. Alright he is about to bait the hook. Yup here it comes. But what wait… this man didn’t upsell me. I walked out literally saving 90 dollars a month. How could he do that my bill was 155 before wouldn’t that mean you pay like 60 dollars for.. no but he added several subscriptions I monthly pay for into my plan. He got me the new hotspot and even offered me a new iPhone15 phone at a lower price than my IPhone13 . Im hooked. MIKE is the man go visit him for a wonderful experience.
