AutoZone Auto Parts — Local services in Desloge

Giving one star because it is the least amount possible. Bought brake lines this week, given a defective piece. Returned it, receipt in hand, the same day, another defective piece and missing clips the second time. Drove back to get the missing clips, still same day. Went back the next day, no more lines in stock to give me, AND refused to give me a refund so I could go buy a part somewhere else. I had no receipt was the reason. They did not give me back the receipt after the first return! Per the manager, I am just out the money for the brake line. And the brake fluid that I had to buy twice as it ran out on the ground with each defective line they sold me. The three trips In to the store and the frustration are also just on me. NEVER buy parts from this store that treats the customer with such little regard. I'm pretty sure the second line they sold me was a returned part from another cheated...

Kudos to the Desloge MO AutoZone.

I was treated well and respectfully by Eric and Axle from the time I entered the store until I left. Never did I feel like a mechanical idiot.

My purchase was an oxygen sensor that required a special tool to install (they had a loaner tool). Unfortunately, I could not get the old sensor removed after several hours of trying.

The sensor and tool were returned for a full credit 3 days later without question or hesitation.
