Whataburger — Restaurant in DeSoto

When I placed my order I ordered my daughter the number 1 with cheese and Ketchup only on the burger and a fanta orange. I also ordered the Bacon/cheese burger with cheese fries and lemonade. Get to the window the girl Autumn tales my momey and handed me a bag. As I go through my bag I noticed something wrapped in the burger paper I opened it and it was a slice of cheese. So I said are the playing some time of joke. Meanwhile the girl autumn had walked away from the window and I’m still waiting on my drinks. She finally returns as if I am on her time I say I need my drinks and I showed her the cheese in the wrapper and I asked what is this and she say’s didn’t you want a slice of cheese. Unbelievable I say no I asked you several times on the intercom for cheese fries so she says give me your bag she takes my food goes to the back just taking her merry time and finally comes back with my bag I opened the now open the container they put the fries in and they just threw some shredded cheese on top of some cold fries so I told her this is not what I want can I just get regular fries. So she handed me my drink and this other female comes to the window with a bag and say thanks see you tomorrow I said can I have my 55 cents I paid for that cheese slice that was put in my bag. While I was waiting on someone to come back to the window my butger and my daughters food ia just gettting cold and the fries this new female gave me were cold and overcooked. She comes back to the window and rudely puts my change in my hand. I could not take anymore and that os why I am sending in survey. I’m watching through the drive threw window the whole tike and it looks like they do more playing around then they so making sure the accuracy of people food is correct including the tall black man who may be a manager!!! I am not going to come back to this location and I will also make sure to leave a review as well you must have empathy why get upset for someone wanting what they paid for if it was your order wouldn’t you want it to be made correct the first time and not have to sit and wait while your other food starts...

Baby, let’s get these rude people that don’t want to work out of these fast food establishments immediately. I just left Thursday, May 29, 2025 at 3:30 PM. That way y’all know who was working that shift they didn’t even have all the food items done although they gave me an alternative. I felt like this is something that should have been done considering it’s a repetitive item. I’m sure that is ordered all the time I was told it would take 5 to 10 minutes before it was ready, I sit in the drive-through at least 10 to 15 minutes And it was only one other car in front of me upon getting to the window. I asked them was the item ready yet since it had been so long the sweet lady at the window is not the problem and she told me she would find out and all you can hear was the manager yelling out know I felt that was very unprofessional and rude Because they only got one job in this to make sure the food is fast and ready. That’s why it’s called fast food to make it all worse. The item I’m talking about was something is simple as gravy. Why was this not already made and why when I asked about it twice I got attitude. Let me start this off by saying I have a severe stutter. Typically I order my food online anywhere I go because of my stutter for me it just makes things a lot easier. I ordered breakfast at this location but because it was cold outside even though curbside was the only option available I choose to get in the drive through to pick up. That way neither I nor one of the employees would have to go outside. When I got in line to pick up my Mobil order I was asked the curbside spot and I said #1, when I got to the window I was asked the name on the order. I started to stutter and apologize and told the cashier my last name because I was having too much difficulty seeing my first name. The lady proceeded to laugh at me and then closed the window.
