Jack in the Box — Restaurant in DeSoto

Today at 9:40am Oct. 27th, I went to TRY & grab breakfast before my hair appointment, but when I pulled to the speaker box 1st off who ever the young lady was with dreads & glasses had the most rudest attitude ever when she took my order but I ignored it, she tells me their out of bacon it would be a wait, okay I still order, I pull to the window and just wanted to add a few more items she told me NO & that it was long line behind me, mind you I only seen 2/3 cars but she still was like no so I was like okay ill pull back around no worries but her tone was so off and I kept trying to be patient, I then heard the lady behind her ask her what did I say/ask and she repeated it to her but had said it as if she had a problem with me asking to add items, so at that point I was done because I wish I would give my money to someone constantly being disrespectful so I told them nvm and drove off, go find another job if you don’t want to deal with people or go work on the line if thats the case because drive thru isnt for you AT ALL ! For it to be that early & for you to be SUPER unprofessional her behavior turned me completely off from buying anything and honestly I won’t be returning to this location because it’s literally always something everytime I go, unfortunately I did not catch her name but GET HER ASS OFF YALL DRIVE THRU...

Terrible place ,I went into the drive through waited a good 10 minutes kept saying hello no one answered finally a very ignorant person who seems they really don't care about there job got on and was laughing ,After I said one order than I said I said okay now I'm doing a second order and she said you can't do separate orders...Okay I'm not new to Jack in box I stated you can't do 2 orders..She said so rude " baby girl didn't you hear me I said you can do 2 orders"i was morr in shocked than mad that this dumb girl would talk to any customer that way .I went straight to the drive window I asked to speak to a supervisor,wow there you go a supervisor with pink ass hair looking crazy didn't even let me speak and stated I was the one who said we can't do separate orders.they both were on the speaker and I know what I heard...i told her you didn't hear how she was speaking to me,She said no ..Really sweet heart me thinking trying to be professional as I could the manager she walked away laughing saying I'm going to have a talk to with her and tap her on the shoulder smiling ..Wow wow wow I was angered and shocked my ass forgot to get there name..way to go back in box some good people...

DO NOT GO HERE! Worst location you can go to! I pulled up to the speaker in the drive through, a guy asked what he can get me and I gave my order (very simple and easy order, I just wanted a jumbo jack) after I gave my order there was no response from the speaker. I said “hello” at least 20 times and sat there for almost 10 minutes. I then pulled up to the window and waited a few more minutes until I noticed the worker hiding behind the counter and peeking to see if I was gone. I honked multiple times and waited 5 more minutes, but he kept hiding. I drove around to the front and took pictures of him hiding. The pictures are below, you can see his shoulder/neck sticking out over the counter and then he ducks down all the way. How lazy can you be? I read the rest of the reviews on here and it looks like the employees here do not care at all about their job and the owner replies making up excuses for them on here. Let’s see what...
