I purchased a king bed a few years back- great quality mattress with timely delivery. Recently, I bought a new mattress for my sleep sofa- what a huge improvement from the one that came with the couch. The mattress is so much more comfortable. When the new mattress didn't quite fit into my couch, the owner (Ken) promptly came out to assess the situation. It was determined that I needed a new mechanism for the sleep sofa. Nic & Justin showed up the very next day with the new mechanism and installed it. However, now the seat cushions were slanted forward making sitting on the couch uncomfortable. Ken and Justin came back out and made several adjustments until the seat cushions were level and the couch was comfortable to sit on again. Ken even came back a few hours later on the same day to install new (higher) legs for my couch. I was so impressed with their patience, professionalism, and their commitment/creativity to solve my couch problem. Ken really meant it when he said they were not going to leave until I was satisfied. You just don't find this level of customer service these days- truly exceptional! Highly recommend King's Mattress for not only mattresses, but all your furniture needs. I have decorated 3 weekly rental condominiums using Factory Direct. The first one was 2 years ago I purchased a couch, bunk bed with trundle and mattresses, lamp and artwork It's very sturdy and is holding up great after 2 years on rental company. The beds more comfortable than most bunk beds,; they also delivered and put together in the room. The couch is sunbrella fabric that cleans easily and doesn't show much wear. The sleeper sofa bed is more comfortable than some people's home bed. The construction is excellent. The best is it has a 5 year commerical warranty. The couch is a little stiff at first but then it softens with time. I get plenty of compliments on the artwork. The service is outstanding. What I noticed when in the store is the staff are very feindly, helpful ( even the delivery men), they seem to work together as a team. Obviously my favorite item in the store is the couch. I recommend for anyone that has rental units or just want a comfortable sleeper sofa bed. The couch and chairs can be ordered with any sunbrella fabric sold on line or picked out from store. The store is no frills and pulling up one would think they only sell junk. Not the case. This is the first store I go to when looking...

We recently thought that the box springs on our bed was broken and needed replacement. Kings quickly sent out a new box spring and when the delivery team took off the mattress they discovered that one side of the king springs were installed upside down. They could easily have taken the box springs away and installed the new ones we bought, but they instead informed us of the findings and assessed the situation and determined the actual box spring was sound with no breakage. They turned it over, replaced our mattress and took back the new one we had purchased for refund. We want to thank them for the integrity of service when they could have easily just done what they were contracted to do and installed the new - but not really needed box springs.
