Rude staff! Inept Staff! Online order placed at 9:44am for 10:30 pickup..I arrived at 11:00 am and was told in drive-thru she was only one working and could I come in. After having to exit and re-enter the parking lot because of their layout, I made it inside to first be told (by one of 5 other staff members I saw) they were getting me Hot glazed donuts, THEN they told me - oh. by the way we're OUT of 9 of the donuts you ordered?! I received a CONFIRMATION email of my order - Why did it Allow me to MAKE the order, and why didn't anyone let me know they were out or respond by text to my order - or tell me that in the drive thru and then issue a refund immediately? Hmm because she was downright RUDE. She said My order was placed just Seconds after they ran out - sure, sure. Told me I'd have to get online to get the refund...This is the 2nd time this store has shown availability of items on the website and then NOT had them once you get there...Bait/Switch - NEVER again...burning locals twice will only get you bad reviews to...
Read moreMold? I went in to pick up an order, and there was mold all over the ceiling and around the air ducts from a ceiling leak. That A/C is spreading mold spores throughout the entire place. The leak is near the front counter where food is prepared and customers walk by. That’s extremely unsafe for the workers, the food, and the customers! This location should be shut down until the issue is fixed, and employees should be paid in the meantime. Since the ceiling is made out of the basic white square material it should be easy to fix the leak and replace the ceiling squares.. 1 dedicated day could fix this..

Read more**DONT GO AT NIGHT - all the bad reviews involve the night shift. -The donuts are as good here as anywhere else, but the staff, now that’s a different story. Unsanitary behaviors from the employee packing our boxes, and we had two separate staff members treat us rudely on two separate visits through the drive thru. They wouldn’t accept our brand new gift cards because their computers couldn’t read them. They refused to find any other method of inputting the data from the gift card, so we were just stuck. We don’t have a KK where we are from, so I guess those cards will just be wasted now.
The lady who packed our boxes decided to eat part of her own food and then laugh and breathe above my open donuts container. Then, later, she decided that while she was using their skewer to pull donuts, it would be ok to scratch her face with the dull side of the skewer while she had her face over our box of donuts.
We probably won’t be returning to this...
