Oceania by Holiday Isle Properties — Hotel in Destin

Oceania is the best condo in Destin with a great location, great views, and access to dining, grocery stores etc while not driving too far into the town. Short walk to the harbor if you enjoy seeing the boat leave for fishing expeditions. I would have given it a 5 but they were doing work on the complex which included sanding, painting, as well as a lot of noise during our stay. It started at 7:30 am and would not end until around 4. They just did not let up so that was unfortunate. We did get contact our host and thankfully compensated us for the inconvenience. If the weather would have cooperated, I would have given it a 5. We will be back again next year....

Words could not describe the magic of this place. Very near the beach, the place is roomy, with a balcony in which one can see the full ocean. The place is also secured and within a walking distance from shops and restaurants. I must say though that the most amazing moment usually comes in the evening when the sun is going down. We have stayed here a few times. This time I found a condo at a great rate but unfortunately it was not up to par with the others. The kitchen supplies were horrible and not all the rooms had smart TVs. Lessoned learned for me. Other than that it was great. We will be staying here again but not in the same condo.
