Quite honestly if I could give 0 stars I would. Maybe if you needed the simplest fix it would be fine. I brought in my bridesmaid dresses to be taken in and the girl made a comment as I came in saying “I get sewing happy so you might need to come back to get it taken out sometimes” it concerned me but I didn’t think much of it. That’s what happened got my dresses neither one zipped up they forced me into them and said it was fine and just needed to be taken out “a hair” I repeatedly said I need more than that so I’m comfortable didn’t listen. On top of that everywhere they touched looked horrible the fabric coming undone. I was told if they took it out more it would be to the original state of the dress and they didn’t want to do that - no I took it to a different alternation girl and she told me they cut all the fabric so it couldn’t be let out more. In fact this girl said “this girl can’t be doing this as her job it’s so horrible”. I feel bad leaving this comment but I don’t want any woman to feel the way I do right now it’s traumatizing and feels terrible to feel like you’ve gained a ton of weight even though I know I haven’t because I got married 3 weeks ago and my dress still fits me perfectly. Ridiculous. Picture is of now they returned the dress to me.

I brought my wedding dress in to be altered, and honestly, I am not sure I could say enough positive things! I was very comfortable, and as a plus size bride I cannot tell you how nice that was to not feel shamed or rude comments being made. She was very good at explaining to me what she was thinking about doing and why. When I went in to try my dress on it far exceeded my expectations and looked absolutely amazing, and the price is hard to beat! I fully intend on using them for all alteration needs...

She was kind and attentive when I brought my dress in, responsive when I had questions, and very thorough when I went in for my final fitting!
