Ultima Gaming & Level 99 Arcade — Attraction in Perham

Customer Service was good. Immediately as we walked in were Immediately greeted and asked if we were looking for anything. Employees were playing a Magic the Gathering game which does make it difficult to ask questions as you feel like you're interrupting. Video games are price match from DKOldies. This is why my review is so low. DKOldies is notorious for being well over market value on games. So all the games unfortunately were way over priced. Stock did not reflect photos found online. Which is understandable as product sells through however the quantity does not reflect what was pictured. As I said customer service great! Pricing and product selection...

The atmosphere here is fantastic, friendly staff that are well knowledgeable in a multitude of areas that hangout after theor shift because they have made an environment that they want to be at and want other people to enjoy as much as they do. The only time there seems to be a competitive aura is when someone is displaying something they made and what i enjoy is that it always feels cooperative, like "I made this, what do you guys think?" And they are given tips and pointers that makes this a fantastic place to make...

Tried calling to ask a question before driving to the store the other day, no answer. We went to the store anyways, and we weren’t greeted, or helped. We walked around for a bit and looked at some things and the entire time nobody acknowledged us being there. We had questions, and even found something we were interested in buying…but nobody was around or interested in helping us.
