They do not respect your time

I went there and first only one person is taking care of the orders. Took me like 5 to 10 minutes in line which I was ok, that’s normal. But what is not normal it’s the fact that I saw that the cooker said it’s gonna take long and the waiter didn’t mention anything. After 35 minutes I asked how long will it take since I’ve waited for half and hour and she said ok let me check and once again I saw that they were talking and she didn’t come back to say you know it will be ready soon or something. After 15 minutes more I just decided to cancel and leave. Plus their location it’s not the best, once you take the road to their place watch out because the road it’s a mess a lot of potholes. “Me r0baron y sin pist0l4” Por dónde empiezo… Tenía la esperanza y expectativa de degustar de la buena gastronomía venezolana, una noche después de un día largo de trabajo. Estoy sumamente decepcionado, por decir lo mínimo. ¿Me fallará la vista? Compré 2 empanadas de carne, una de pollo y una de queso. Allí dice que el precio es de $3.50. ¿Por qué me cobraron $3.64 (sin tax) por empanada? No si saben estos rolos de vivos pero esto es un delito… No sean tan caras de tabla y aunque sea cambien el precio . Demasiado caro para lo que es. Y no es solo eso, además pedí un papelon con limón, del cual me esperaba que fuese natural y sabroso (no especifican) y resulta que me dan un papelon embotellado que sabe a agua de río. Cómo si fuese tan difícil hacer un papelon con limón de verdad cómo lo hacen todos los demás locales. Y eso es lo de menos déjame decirte. La persona que atiende, tiene la pe0r actitud del mundo, 0 hospitalidad, 0dia su vida y su trabajo, le hice el comentario del precio de las empanadas y me dijo “son $15.58” ignorando la estafa. Tu dirás “Bueno de que te quejas” pero saca la cuenta cuánto te estarán quitando $$ por cada orden. Y las porciones de salsa, demasiado diminutas. Tienen buen sabor pero por favor, sobrevalorado…. Dicen ser cristian0s pero r0ban al prójimo! Actualicen sus menús entonces!!!!! Mejor me voy a Nando Grill y por lo que pagué acá me doy tremenda papelon y con PAPELON CON LIMÓN DE VERDAD. The service was horrible. Nobody greeted us, we had to order at the counter and watch to get a table when people left. They charged a mandatory 15% tip without notifying. The table we got was never cleaned. The cachapa was overpriced and not good at all. The arepas had way overcooked meat and just a splash of cheese. Over priced, horrible service and the food is not good. I would not recommend...
