Leaving a review to express my significant dissatisfaction with the service I received at the Douglasville location. I would not advise anyone to do business with this location until there is a change in management, as the current staff is highly unprofessional and does not know how to communicate with customers.
I provided all my personal information to finance furniture over a month ago and have yet to hear back. When I called the store for an update, the General Manager was rude and advised me to contact Corporate if I had an issue. I have since reached out to Corporate and was informed that a District Manager would contact me. I am currently awaiting their call.
I hope this matter is addressed promptly.

I received a refund, but I did not request one, and they still have all my personal information. Additionally, I did not receive the call I was expecting from the district manager. It seems that because I expressed a complaint, I am now unable to receive the items I signed up for.
