The 2 stars are the customer service which was ok besides the fact that whom ever answered the phone and took the order sound like he didn’t want to take the order and hung before we were even finished talking. This food was nasty. Myself and my family had a few orders, one being 10 plain wings (with honey lemon pepper sauce on the side)with fried rice combo. First of all, the rice was entirely too sweet. Who even cooks/eats sweet fried rice? I have never even heard of such a thing. Secondly, I didn’t receive the side of sauce for my wings as requested. I Called and was told I can come back to get it. They’re not close enough, nor is there food worthy of me to go back, plus someone else picked up my order for me. And lastly, my drink was supposed to be pink lemonade, and actually ended up being a cup of water. I spent well over $60 my first time ordering anything from this place and I am highly disappointed. I was really looking forward to eating here after an associate claimed their wings were good 😔 Now I see why I’ve never realized they existed. Sweet fried rice, really. Treated horribly! I gave the owner a 50.00 dollar bill. She gave me back my change and the receipt with the difference. She then told me I only gave her 5.00 dollars. I was so upset. I told her to look at the camera. She and her husband looked at the camera, saw that I gave her 50 dollars, and then proceeded to give me my food. They said sorry, sorry and she tried to explain her mistake. They did not have any regard for how this made me feel to be accused of giving the wrong amount of money as if I was a thief. I told them I wanted my money back. They said they would give me free food when I come back. They said we will pay. I asked them to document. They refused. I told them I would call the police. They gave me my money except for 21 cents. I told them I wanted my 21 cents. They took the food and I left. She tried to take the drink, but I had started drinking that already. I liked this place until today. The lady that is usually at the front register snapped at me and gave me a bad attitude. She was eyeing me as I went to get my drink as if I was going to do something to the drink dispenser. When I went to get my food and I asked for packs of ketchup she snapped at me again. I don’t care about how her day was or if some other customer might have rubbed her the wrong way customer service is customer service and it should be good customer service if you want customers to come back. This was my 3rd time going there and my last time because as I have stated in other reviews I don’t care how good the food is I don’t support bad customer service and if I keep going back and giving these people my money I’m basically telling them that I support them and their bad service.
