I donāt know why I did this to myself again. I usually shop at the Villa Rica store but because I was in a time crunch and this store has a bigger selection, I came to this Douglasville store. Everytime I come to this location the manager is rude. She is always in a hurry and talks in a condensending tone. I was purchasing 3 jumpsuits. Asked if I could have the hangers. She shook her head no and said they have to reuse them every week. I waited a little bit and then explained that the material wrinkles in the hot car so I was hoping to hang them up. She said she has plenty of clothes made in this material and she takes them straight out of the dryer and hangs them up. I didnāt even reply to that comment because I didnāt say anything about washing the clothes. I had said something about them being in my hot car and getting wrinkled in the bag. Then proceeded to stand next to me, shoulder to shoulder, while I put the item back on the rack. She was rude, disrespectful, and to be clear this is not a way to do business. If my child breaks the hat I wouldāve paid for it - which is what happens at every other store (you break you buy). But that did not happen because I was watching as my child tried on the hat (what if we wanted to try the hat on to decide whether to buy it or not?).
