Our project came with a few challenges as the 50 ft tree, along with another large tree, that we wanted removed was positioned close to a fence and not too far from the house. Robert explained that it was no problem. He also went on to tell me that if we selected Tree Works, the work would be performed in a safe and professional manner, that we would never know he was there with the exception that the trees were gone, and that he did not expect payment until we were completely satisfied. This is exactly how the entire process unfolded. I will add, that Robert and his crew were on time and prompt with both communication and execution of the work.

Now for the good stuff. I was fortunate to be able to work from home that day and went outside to watch the process. Robert and his crew operate like a well oiled machine and it was a treat to watch. Each crew member obviously knew their role and worked in perfect harmony with one another. No one ever stopped moving and every movement had purpose. As limbs started coming down, they were not on the ground more than 60 seconds before another team member had it into the chipper. And the team was constantly raking debris to keep the landing zone uncluttered and safe. As a senior crew leader in a very complex construction related industry for over 30 years, I was super impressed. You could tell that every member of the crew was professionally trained on the use of their equipment and safety.

Robert also explained that each week, the team would spend one day doing nothing but equipment maintenance. The equipment that showed up at our house was impressive all the way from the chipper to the multiple chain saws, to the safety gear to the multiple lines used to strategically bring down limbs. Each team member had all of the PPE in order: Hard hats, chaps, safety glasses, gloves, boots, and no loose clothing.

This company takes their business serious and it shows.

I highly recommend...

Wanted to leave a review for an outstanding customer service experience. We have used Tree Works Unlimited several times over the last 15 years or so, always with excellent results at a fair price. We had an enormous 80 foot tall, 45 inch diameter tall white oak tree at the base of our front porch steps, about 5’ from the roof of our house (see photos). It was starting to show signs of decay and if this tree had fallen it could have taken out our entire house and us as well. My wife was very anxious the night before the removal but the crew quickly lessened her anxiety by their skill, professionalism, safety protocols, and kindness to each other during this difficult task. The climber was up in the tree cutting and lowering tree sized branches through a complex rope and pulley system for almost four hours if that gives you any sense of scale. There were six crew members at the base and they communicated to each other by radios in their safety helmets. It was amazing to watch them work and lower this monster tree to the ground, piece by piece. A round of applause and a big sigh of relief when all of the large branches and the climber was down. There is a small dogwood tree just at the base of this tree and they couldn’t promise by tried hard and went out of their way to save it for us. Only one small branch was broken and the climber clipped it and shaped the tree for us on his way down. The next day, they were back to finish cutting down the massive trunk, and hauling everything away, and cleaning up all debris. We were so relieved to have this potential house crusher removed we also had them remove several more potential problem trees while they were here. Once again, thank you Tree Works for an...

I had a tall pine tree next to my house that needed removal, so I looked up various reviews on local tree removal companies. I found Robert and Tree Works Unlimited, and they exceeded my expectations. During his initial visit, Robert explained in detail what the tree removal process would be; the safety precautions that would be in place and anything to keep in mind before/during the job. I could tell that he knew exactly what he was talking about from experience and not just using buzz words to appear more knowledgeable and trustworthy. When the scheduled day arrived the crew showed up precisely on time and got straight to work. They did not simply climb the tree and carelessly cut off large/heavy branches just to have them fall somewhere below like a previous company did. Robert himself was in a bucket truck, cutting and roping off limbs to strategically (and safely) lower them down to the workers below who disposed of the pieces and cleaned up any debris. They placed matts on the ground when the Bobcat was needed to prevent the lawn from getting ruined by the tracks. Everyone had safety gear on the whole time and were constantly communicating with each other. As Robert promised on his initial visit, they left behind no evidence that a tree was there (aside from the stump). All branches and pine needles were gone.

TLDR: Tree Works Unlimited is one of those companies you can actually trust to do it right and is definitely worth the money. I wouldn't have taken the time to write this review otherwise. (Robert, sorry about the late review. My work/life schedule kept getting...

Robert and the crew at Tree Works Unlimited came out to take down 6 trees for us. They hit the ground running and made short work of those trees. We were very impressed with how hard they worked and the focus on safety they displayed every minute they were working. I could not
