La Mixoacana — Restaurant in Douglasville

I came in today wanting a raspado, I had ordered it everything was going fine until she was putting the flavor on top of the ice but I noticed that she was having trouble with how much flavor they were having and I heard the empty pan and her scrapping it so I told her it's okay I don't want it anymore because it was just basically ice, and when I told her that she said why not and I explained to her it's just ice I wouldn't want to just eat ice so then she proceeds to call someone from the back and she comes out and says why don't u want it and I proceeded to tell her it was just ice and I wasn't going to pay for it and she said well why don't u want it u already drank it and she started to roll her eyes so many times and I told her can u just charge me for the rest of the food and I'll go she then proceeded to charge me but with the raspado and I told her I'm not going to pay for just a cup of ice and she was saying she was going to call the cops because I wasn't willing to pay for it iand I told her that's fine and I was waiting and she said well you have to pay for it because we already made it and I repeated my self about 100xand then she proceeds to ask the other lady did she try iT and she said yes when she hadn't had handed to me yet was till on the counter and I told her no I did not and I'm not paying for it if I did not want it nor took a sip out of it if it was I front of her face, she then proceeds to be rude and call me mucosa ( brat) .this has been such a horrible experience I've never once been a rude person in my life and for me to get mad takes so much but a attitude from not just 1 person but 3 is not tolerable ! I was highly disappointed with this place. The ice cream was $4.75 but then they charge and extra $2.50 for the toppings when it was already pre-made and sitting in the freezer when my child selected it. Of course there is always taxes which is normal, but to charge me an additional fee for using my debit card is just crazy. When i asked the workers why was my total $8, they laughed and said "we don't know". That was poor customer service. This ice cream was not worth paying $8.
