I went in to get fitted and rent a tux. I went in on a Sunday to receive a tux before Saturday. I called ahead, and they said it would be no problem as long as it was before Wednesday. No mention whatsoever of rush fee. But thatâs fine! We get into the store. Horrific customer service, the man mumbled, used strange and peculiar voices, did not answer our questions. He did not help us select a tuxedo in any way, told us things did not cost extra which did. He was stubborn and unhelpful in selecting the tuxedo itself. The only time we found out about any extra charges was when we were going to check out. They advertise a $99 dollar tux, so when we checked out it was $280. I asked why and he said it was slim fit despite never mentioning any additional cost when he asked us if we want it. Iâm not a professional tuxedo renter. I donât know what costs what. We asked for the $99 one and he was extremely rude. Ultimately, thatâs a 3 star experience. I had to remove another because when I returned it on Monday, I was charged $40 late fee. No text, no mention on receipt, nothing on the text of what I signed, didnât see that on the tux itself, definitely wasnât told that. Great job guys. Never doing...
   Read moreOrdered a tux for prom. The girl who helped us was a gem. Very thorough and helpful. Made sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. Upon checkout I was surprised to see the price was$197.. and my son didn't even rent shoes. Whatever, it's one time right?! đSo my son picks up his tuxedo, tries on the pants, shirt, etc. And it fits fine. Is assured bu the man than he has everything he needs. Getting dressed for prom and opens the pocket square to discover it is burgundy and not red. He's the only one of the seven guys in his group that didn't have a pocket square... no time to go to store..(I should mention he that their squares are reversible so we did see it was darker, just assumed the red was on the other side). Called the store to let them know how disappointed we were.. after being on hold for some time the lady comes back to the phone and tells me this.."I'm sorry ma'am, the pocket squares are a free item so there's really nothing we can do to compensate you." So... sorry mens warehouse.. two weddings and another prom coming up but you lost our business. You need to step up your customer service. I will be returning the tux today...we shall repost if anything is done to rectify.....
   Read moreMy fiancĂŠ and I were at this store 2-18-2018. We were picking out his suite for our wedding. Of course, they tried to up sale which is always expected but Paul was very nice when we would decline. It took us about 2 hours for us to try on and order. At this point, I would have rated this store five stars. As we were checking out, the register decides to freeze. We joked about it and told Paul not to worry that we understood. Still at a solid four stars in my book. After about 30 mins of trying to get it work, he calls the IT department. The IT department states that there is nothing wrong with the computer and refused to help him. Paul continues to try and get it work with no luck. After 2 and half hours and two different computers later, he says that it is working. Because it was a custom suite, it took about 20 mins to even get the order punched in. Now, we have been checking out for almost 3 hours! That is longer than we had spent choosing what we wanted. I honestly never expected ordering his suite would be this hard and take 5 hours!! I would not recommend going Menâs Wearhouse to anyone!
