I wanted to order my mom all new appliances this past autumn for her entire house from Mitchell Appliances but no one would answer the phone. [I live out of state] I left a voice mail but nothing! I'm back visiting this week and she needs a refrigerator repair and we tried calling Mitchell Appliances again, and its the same thing. I don't understand how a business that does not answer the phone can stay in business. Maybe I'm an anomaly, but they've lost apx. $4K in sales from me alone; I wonder who else has gone elsewhere because they can't puck up a telephone. I paid for a part for one of my rentals here on December 2nd . The part was supposed to come in a week from then on the 9th. I told the receptionist I would not be in the country because I’m going on vacation for my birthday and I won’t be back until December 20th. She said that’s fine it will be here. When I got back they were closed until the 3rd . I can today January 6th to pick it up and they said they returned the item. There’s no reason for the return. Our heater stopped working and we urgently looked everywhere for the part that needed to be replaced. We were suggested to Mitchell Appliance by an associate at Ace Hardware and it was literally a huge blessing!! Vickie and the other lady (I wish I had gotten her name) were so incredibly sweet and helpful!! They ordered the part for us which we got to pick up the same day from another location. Since it's winter we really couldn't go another day without the heater. The service was overall amazing and would recommend it to anyone looking for appliance...
