Worst experience ever, waited literally 2 hours and 30 minutes before being sat when we was clearly told it would only be a 30-45 minute wait time. Once my family & I were finally sat our server came to us to let us know that the kitchen was no longer taking orders. So we had to wait even longer on the food we proceed to order drinks and one of the drinks tasted like chemicals. I thought I was tripping but then I asked my mom and others to taste it and they definitely didn’t disagree, after sitting at the table for another 45 minutes we were finally able to order food. The wrong order came out twice and we had to wait atleast another 35 minutes before our correct food came out. For the wait time I was expecting freshly made food. The mac and cheese was cold as ice the greens was crunchy and tasted like they weren’t clean the chicken was old as if it had been sitting there for 6 hours under a heater. My mom waffles were crisp hard my brothers pasta had a string of hair in it. When I say the ENTIRE experience here was terrible I mean the ENTIRE EXPERIENCE! We then ask for the owner she took 20 minutes to come to the table then tried to turn around and blame us for all our concerns stating we were complaining since we walked through the door and didn’t try solving the problem at all. She was very rude with a very nasty attitude I just couldn’t believe what I experienced at this restaurant the customer service here is awful and not one time did she offer to correct the mistakes or offer any suggestions she just flipped the script and blamed us and was literally open to going back and forth with family about this. We proceeded to pay full price for the bill but we will NEVER BE BACK! The owner always speaks about God on social media but it’s obvious she’s just a masked demon! Her...
Read moreAttempted to try the restaurant but the music was extremely loud! They really need to turn it down to a comfortable level, restaurant is too small to support that level of loud music, it’s ok to have music but to attract s wide range of diversity the music needs to be at a comfortable level, also it will help with the communication barriers, you can’t think in that place, waiting time too long even though we went when they were less busy, I walked out, i may could have bared the time waiting if the music was not so loud! It’s a restaurant not a club, respect all not just the people you think will be ok with it, and i am not old either just given my observation to help you guys promote a better atmosphere experience and comfortable ear space for your customers and future new customers, otherwise you will only continue to attract certain customers on the same level with no growth of attracting new customers on a wide range of levels and diversity’s, however if you are ok with just being ok, than you are doing a good job! People come for the food experience not the music experience, you can go anywhere to listen to music, food is unique to each person. You sale food not music if you want to sale both try making club hours at night at a certain time to keep both crowds coming instead of just one who don’t mind loud music. But you are doing ok if ok is your target for growth and...
Read moreWe went for brunch and enjoyed the food and drinks, which were good. However, we had to wait a while to be seated because the hostess was caught up in conversation with another staff member. One of her coworkers kept telling her that people were waiting, but the restaurant was so loud that I don’t think she even heard him at first.
The DJ is stationed at the front door on Sundays, which makes it hard to hear anything. While the food was enjoyable, we had to ask repeatedly for silverware (as you can see in the picture)—we couldn’t eat without it. We had to ask for condiments as well. It also took a minute to place our order, and as we were shouting it over the noise, another worker interrupted our waiter. I gave him a look, and he quickly apologized 😂.
Overall, the waiter and service were okay—not terrible. He had a good attitude, but the overall loudness of the space makes it a lot to handle. You practically have to shout from the moment you enter, which gave me a bit of a headache—maybe I’m just too old for this kind of brunch vibe! Lastly, in my opinion places that charge 20% automatic gratuity should be top tier. I shouldn’t have to ask for saucer for appetizers when sharing, silverware, napkins, or condiments such as...
