THE LOBBY RESTAURANT — Restaurant in Douglasville

During my visit to The Lobby on Saturday, I left with mixed impressions. The building itself is beautiful, and I truly appreciate the renovations—they’ve created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The food was quite good; although the tacos were missing salsa, they still had great flavor, and my husband really enjoyed the wings.

Unfortunately, the service experience was less positive. Upon arrival, we waited over 20 minutes before being greeted by a server, and it took another 20 minutes to receive our drinks. My rum and Coke initially arrived without rum and had to be remade. The server mentioned it was her first day and that there was only one bartender, one cook, and one server working that evening, which likely contributed to the delays.

The standout of the night was Quinten, who stepped in to assist us when our server became difficult to locate. His professionalism and attentiveness made a noticeable difference in our experience.
