Trash.. absolute trash..I took my eight thousand dollar custom three ring lock wedding rings set to have a side diamond replaced...thick yellow gold rings with quality diamonds on all three rings that locked together... knuckle to knuckle wedding ring set.. when I went back to pick up my wedding rings? The center engagement ring?..had been thinned down to the size of a spaghetti noodle..when it was as wide as a man's wedding band all three...and the three rings didn't lock together anymore...and it was as if the gold was stolen from the ring and myself..I cried and begged for it to be replaced and fixed..they asked me to produce a picture of the way that it was prior... from the backs of the rings for proof..of course I couldn't...and my wedding rings were absolutely ruined... righteous anger for theft..and trash work..my rings had to be scrape..I made a mistake going there..I had no idea.thst this was even possible..no restitution offers were made or satisfied..I wouldn't recommend them at all.theft of gold.strong accusations.buti it exactly what it was and is.first bad review I've ever had to write I'm a...

Very unhelpful. I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted to buy if I saw it. I was ready to be sold. The male associate had customers, and a heavy set blonde lady looked up, then back down at her phone. Eventually, she asked if I needed help. I described what I wanted, and she told me what I described is all mixed in the display cases. "Go have a look." I tried looking around and told her when she asked I didn't see any male earrings. She didn't bother moving from behind the desk. After realizing I may not be the customer they preferred, i left the store. As I was leaving, I felt she mocked me by telling me to have a nice day after such inadequate customer service.

Update: I went to Kay's Jewelry afterward. The staff greeted me warmly, as did Zales, but I made a purchase of $383 at Kay's. An associate walked me through what they had in store, then found me something online, which I ordered on the spot. I even opened a credit line so I can get something for my Mom whom I take care of. I included proof of purchase. The lady was right from Jeweler's Loupe... I did have...

Won't ever get business done here. My husband and I visited here this morning and was highly disappointed. The woman there treated us like we were not welcome at all. My husband had several watches that he wanted repaired. For one the woman told him that they were not accepting repairs until January but another man came in right after with his watch and they took his for repair. This was our first time their as well as the other gentlemen we found out. I soon realized that we were profiled because of the color of our skin. She looked at my husband and I as if we didn't belong in their store. I should have read the reviews before going. I realized that many other people of color shared the same experience. My husband is a retired Navy officer. He has served his country with love and no complaints and to be treated with such disrespect is shameful. We will gladly take our business elsewhere and I will spread the word to not do...
