This Pandora was really nice when it opened and now it takes forever to get any help even if there’s only one or two other people in the store, and on top of that some of the sales people are rude and don’t know what charms are which. I came in to get a charm and the person I talked to first told me that the charm had been discontinued, but it was in fact, a new release. Save your time and go to the one in the Christiana Mall. I called the Dover store to see if a particular charm was in stock that I had trouble finding elsewhere. Cassidy answered and informed me that they did have the charm in stock and that she was placing it on hold for me.
