My experience was not a good one at all. The store was supposed to open at 9:30. But the manager Dana Crump was out. The rep that was there was unable to open due to only one employee. The second employee came in at her scheduled time at 11. So at 11:10 the store opened. I was trying to exchange a broken bracelet I received on Christmas. I was first in line due to being there so long. The rep went to see if they had another bracelet for an even exchange. Which would have been great. There was not an exact bracelet there so I looked for a similar item. I choose a very similar one. Same carat weight. But it was $400 more. I asked why and the rep could not tell me. So I was going to just return it. Now the system was down and could not refund the item. So the rep called Ms. Crump and she recommended leaving the bracelet and the will mail me a receipt. I was uncomfortable doing this due to all of the things that have happened at this point. The manager offered nothing for the inconvenience of the store opening so late or getting a broken bracelet. No sorry nothing. The rep recommended I contact corporate so I did. Now they are mailing a return label. Did not seem interested in the store opening so late. I spend 2 hours trying to just get my Christmas present right with no results. I still have a broken bracelet. I spent my time and gas thinking it was going to be simple. Just to be aggravated with the entire experience. Stay away!!! To top it all off there were others waiting experiencing the...
Read moreMy experience at Zales, The Diamond Store, was truly exceptional from beginning to end. Walking in, I was immediately greeted with warmth and professionalism, which made the entire shopping process comfortable and enjoyable. The staff went above and beyond to answer all of my questions, taking the time to educate me about different stones, settings, and care so that I could make the best choice for myself. What really stood out to me was how personal the experience felt. They listened carefully to what I was looking for, respected my budget, and offered thoughtful suggestions without ever being pushy. The selection was absolutely stunning everything from classic, timeless pieces to modern designs that felt unique and special. I ended up finding the perfect piece, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality, sparkle, and craftsmanship. Shopping for jewelry can sometimes feel overwhelming, but at Zales it felt effortless and exciting. They turned a simple purchase into a memorable experience that I’ll cherish. I’ve already received so many compliments, and I find myself smiling every time I wear my new jewelry. I’ll definitely return for future occasions, and I’ve been encouraging my friends and family to stop by as well. Zales made me feel valued as a customer, and I’m so grateful for the care and attention they put into every detail. It’s clear why they’re known as The Diamond Store. Five stars...
