Sarku Japan — Restaurant in Dover

My wife and I come and we usually have a very good experience. But today the sauce was VERY sour, to the point where the food tasted different and we just ended up throwing it away. It’s sad because people come and spend their hard earned money on this restaurant to get sour sauce and inedible food. Very disappointed. I really hope this restaurant can address the quality of the sauce or whatever is making this food sour to ensure future customers have a better experience. I usually love their food but they say they open at 11, and this is the third time I come in at 1130 and they didnt even have any food going. We asked when they opened this time and they just kept saying 30 minutes. Even though it says online they open at 11. Change your open time to later if your never going to actually be ready. Three people came in to get it and had to leave just while I was there. Most people dont have time to stand around the mall and wait that long. So their foods great when they actually have it. This is one of those "Japanese" food court vendors where they fry up chicken teriyaki on the grill when you order. Even though they prepare each order individually, it usually doesn't take very long. There are a few other items on the menu but honestly, I usually go for the item of the day because it's good enough. As for this particular vendor, I'd say they're neither excellent nor terrible, but just somewhere in the middle. Unfortunately, there really aren't any other good choices in the Dover...
