Iā€™m proud to say my business ā€˜James Brewer Garden Designā€™ has been located here on the 4th floor since 2020.

Itā€™s glorious to be a part of this buildings notable history and footprint within Dover and being so central - the service I offer to my clients within the area couldnā€™t be in a better place.

They've been updating this place for many years now; the businesses seem to come and go but mainly for small business offices and doctors (mental health it seems like). Parking can be very challenging and of course during winter they could do a better job with plowing. Luckily the city of Dover made parking easier and more affordable in an easier method with the digital metered parking since...
