Three Sisters Cake Shop — Restaurant in Dover

Ordered gluten free cupcakes with mermaid tails. 48 Cupcakes to be shaped like a Mermaid on a board with writing in frosting. The cucakes were not arranged as such after 2 in person visits an email and phone conversation. The Cake designer had lefr by the time of my pick up for my event to deliver a wedding. My cupcakes came in 4 different boxes and I was left to arrange them shortly before my event. Cupcakes were not fully cooked (I have been gluten free for years) they were sloppily baked and overflowing liners not what one would expect from professionals . Worst part of this is that I have contacted them twice via email with a promise in their responses of a partial refund but still no refund (Also attached photos of their work) Apparently my event was not as important as a wedding. Customer Service gets a FAIL. Have written off receiving refund or any more communication as it has been 8 weeks. Will definitely choose another bakery for future ...

We were smart enough to choose Three Sisters Cake Shop to make our wedding cake and they did not disappoint! They were incredibly responsive and organized, answering every question we had throughout the process. The introductory appointment was so helpful, not only getting to try slices of all of their amazing flavors but it gave us the opportunity to talk about our vision for the cake. They were all so delicious, we ended up choosing a different flavor for each tier! After sending a handful of pictures, they created the most beautiful and delicious wedding cake we had ever had! They made sure to deliver the cake promptly and ensure it was staged beautifully at the venue. I have used Three Sisters for multiple events now - my best friends' wedding, my wedding, and my mom's birthday - and have never had a bad experience. They are friendly, open to ideas, and their cakes are absolutely amazing! We love to support local, women-owned businesses, and Three Sisters will never disappoint!

Our wedding cake was delicious, beautiful, and exactly as I envisioned even though we couldn't find an exact reference photo. They took my scattered ideas and created a masterpiece!
