As a staunch vegan who despises bland food and has a well-traveled and consequently -- well-spoiled palate, I was over the moon with Deb's heaven-sent "just right" creations. Her cake is incredibly moist with a skillfully well-balanced taste. Simply put, I was just taken aback how good her pastries are.

While a huge chocolate lover, could not get over the fresh and appealing taste of her apple cider cakes. Wow! My morning cup of tea will never complete without one. My teenage daugher who it not quite committed to veganism as I am -- was equally as smitten.

Presentation here is equally barnone and the woman behind these creations are so sweet, that if she were on the menu, she'd be a sell out. No doubt she could turn Paul Hollywood (of Great British Baking Show, one of favorites)...

Our good friend, who is vegan, was graduating with her PH.D and all she wanted as a dessert was a cake from Cake. Vegan Bakery. I reached out, with only a week before the graduation, and Deb was able to accommodate and create the most beautiful cake. Knowing that there was only a week before pickup and I was under the 2 week mark for any specific design request I wasn't expecting anything extravagant but this cake was beautiful. On top of it all it tasted absolutely amazing. No one else at the party was vegan but everyone loved this cake and finished their slices (and for those who are unsure, you couldn't even tell it was vegan!). We got the snickers cake, which was rich and delicious. Deb was a pleasure to work with and was so kind, I will definitely be ordering...

Would give ZERO stars if I could. Spent months communicating and doing/paying for a cake tasting for my wedding. Communication was choppy but I tried to ignore it. Got given a price and had a design and everything. then when I asked to book, I spent the two following weeks sending email after email to ask if I can book with absolutely no response. FINALLY after a couple of weeks, I was told our date was taken. It was given away without any notice when we could have booked the day we were given the price. ABSOLUTELY ridiculous and terrible communication. Would never suggest for anything important. Very sad, vegan bride here who’s worried she won’t be eating her own wedding cake because of this bakery’s poor communication and lack of...
