Really disappointed by their service, especially after seeing all the good reviews, I had hope but sadly it didn't turn up that way. I went there for a screen replacement for a PicassoTab drawing tablet (Simbans). Dropped the tablet and the new screen I purchased directly from the manufacturer at their Dover location for what was supposed to be a simple screen swap. Turned out myMobile LLC had issue installing it and said they couldn't continue because the USB-C charging port on the tablet was faulty. I asked if they could change it with a new one and was advised I should get one from the manufacturer, which I did and then dropped it with them. After a couple of weeks, I had no news from myMobile LLC so I stopped there and was told they swapped the charing port with the new one and the tablet was now charging but they were still having issue to get the screen working as intended. I told them the manufacturer support was great and fully willing to work with them and help them out and all I needed was their email address to add them to the ticket thread I created with the Simbans support team. Long story short, they never answered any email from Simbans support or myself, they never called or communicated about the state of the repair (I had to drive by multiple times), apparently the tablet was passed to their Rochester location after the Dover one decided to call it a day and then was sent back to Dover for me to pick it up cause they gave up on it. I got a phone call to ask me to come and pick it up after a month and a half, the tablet was not put back together, it was still dismantled (when I originally dropped it off, it was in one piece, fully assembled) and thankfully I wasn't charged. What's ironic though is that a few days later, I dropped the disassembled tablet and parts to one of their competitors in the area who gladly took up on the challenge of rebuilding it and installing the new screen and they got the tablet up and running in less than a week, working with the manufacturer's support team. They claim to perform a "full diagnostic" and then repair your device. I brought my IPod for repair, they visually examined to make sure that it was no cosmetic damage or water damage, and it was none, charge me a $20 bench fee and told me that someone will get back to me on the same day or tomorrow. Two months went by since I brought my IPod for repair, no calls. I finally went back and ask them, why is no one call me yet. They claimed I give them the wrong number, it was a lie, they have a right number in the system. Anyway, after they performed the diagnostic I was told that one of the chips is bad and needs to be replaced. Total for repairs a $150. After two weeks I went back, because no one call me again, like they promise, and found out that my screen was broken doing the diagnostic. I was told not to worry, it will be replaced at no cost to me. But no work has been done yet. Again they told me that I need a new chip and the cost will be $175 now, I agreed and they told me they will call when the work is done, One months later I finally went back and ask them, what is the status on my iPod, they told me again, that it need a new chip, but the cost will be almost $200 now, plus they added to my order on computer, that the screen was already cracked, and it be will not replaced for free. ( My IPod was mint when I brought in, it was never out of the protective case and they are carefully inspected before they took it in for repair.) Read moreI got my iPhone 5 screen 'fixed' there. The first screen/front cover they put on was defective. I went back and they changed the screen/front cover. The front of my phone was black, but when I went in to pick up the phone, they told me they didn't have any black front pieces and went ahead and put a white front on. This was okay with me because I'm easy-going, but I shortly discovered that the home button was wobbly and very loose. And to top it off, Siri just doesn't work anymore, that part of the phone is completely unresponsive. This place is not worth going to. Please save your money and go somewhere else. It's not worth it to me to continue to go back and get it fixed when they can't get it right...
