Replenish Refillery — Local services in Dover

Replenish is my favorite store! Hands down! Ellen (the owner) is amazingly helpful, intelligent, and generally excited when it comes to helping you find the product that is right for YOU! Ellen treats you like an old friend and always takes the time to ask how you are doing and what’s going on in your life. The rest of the staff are equally as helpful and kind. Replenish has so many incredible, natural products that you can choose from. I have been to several other refill stations in the area and I have never felt more at home than I do at Replenish. Their warm and cozy atmosphere is such a treat to stop into. I have two young children, and shopping (especially with one still in a stroller or carrier) can be extremely difficult sometimes (a marathon, if you will). The staff at Replenish has always been so welcoming with my children and have always helped me to maneuver my stroller in and out of the shop, held the door for me, even played with my kids while I find what I need (they even have a play area with toys that my daughter absolutely loves)! I always feel good about what I purchase there, because it’s not only good for the environment, but I know that their products are safe to use in my home with children. I live in Maine and came to visit my daughter in Dover we went into the store I purchased the White Mountain soy candle for $30 got home and lit it and it stayed lit for 10 minutes and kept Going Out lit it again kept Going Out I lit that candle all day and it kept Going Out called and spoke to the owner and I explained to her what was going on she had me send her video of me lighting the candle for proof. I told her I would be driving back down there Thursday from Maine to return the candle. I get to the store, the owner was the one that I spoke to she was not happy that I will not take a replacement. I explained I do not want a replacement because it just left me with a bad feeling that it will happen again and I don't feel like driving back from Maine to return another one, so I asked her a full refund. Only to find out that at the time of purchase i wasnt charged for a lid. Which would have made it even more of an expensive candle that wouldnt stay lit. The owner got upset with me and said I seem very upset because I do not want a replacement I said no I do not want a replacement but thank you for offering it I would like a full refund she got very testy and said well you have a good day with an attitude so I will not be going back to that store. That was terrible...

100% BEST PRODUCTS! Here’s my story…I went on vacation and as I was preparing to pack items, I went online to purchase some sunscreen that was touted as “reef friendly”. So we’re on our cruise and applied this eco-friendly sunscreen and proceeded to BREAK OUT IN HIVES!!! Luckily for me, Ellen had sent us off with some emergency sunscreen from Replenish and it saved the day!!! I only wish I had kept the old lotion bottle, because next vacation…I’ll be refilling a gallon of sunscreen to bring with me! When we returned, I stopped by to tell Ellen about my experience and showed her my legs which were completely scaly and dried from the healed hives. She made some recommendations for a sugar scrub and also how I use it. I am happy to say, I’m on the mend and my legs are almost back to normal.
