I recently had the pleasure of visiting Tea Leaf Co. in Downey, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere, complete with cozy seating and beautiful decor that perfectly complements the beverage culture.

The selection of teas is truly impressive, featuring everything from classic black and green teas to unique herbal blends that cater to all taste preferences. The owner of the building has a severely damaged parking spot and the cement parking placement tore off my bumper causing thousands of dollars in damages. He is a purposely avoiding my insurance contacting him to pay for the damages. The owner of the business told me in person that there have been numerous complaints about that exact same parking spot and additional damages to their vehicles. The owner of the building Knows it is damaged, Knows it is causing severe damage to vehicles and I was also told by the owner of the business that the owner of the building that he rents from has been “meaning” to fix it. Clearly he does not care about the customers who come and his only desire is to collect rent money from the owner of the business. This also causes harm for the owner of the business with factual reviews so the owner of the building is basically vandalizing the public’s property in his designated parking spot for this business and damaging the business itself. I ordered a Matcha Latte with Oat Milk and was immediately disappointed. I've had lots of matcha before so believe me when I say the flavor wasn't strong enough.
