Sale Overstock — Local services in Downey

I recently bought a tankless water heater here I spent $550 on what it looked like a brand new water heater, I asked them if it was new, they assured me it was new and working, I opened it and install it and is not working at all I checked all components and the control thermostat is burned out,? I contacted them asking them to help me out on replacing my thermostat and the owner is very negative and rude stating even tho you just bought it we can’t help you. So basically I am screwed without $550 and god knows how much it will cost me to repair it, I should have bought it new at the store I would have spent $250 extra but at least I will have gotten something that works. PLEASE DONT BUY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF LIKE I DID. They should at least have 5 days or more grace period so people who trust them can have a chance to try the items they buy...

This place is great for savings. I bought a toilet and a vanity here at almost half the price of what it would actually cost me at a different retail store. The prices are great, even tho the merchandise tends to be open box, I have never encountered a problem with the items I purchased here; something to keep in mind.
