All About Vacuums Warehouse — Local services in Doylestown Township

I needed to find a good, HEPA quality vac for our Public Works Dept. and had done a lot of research to make sure I had the right machine for our applications. A few of us in our office, myself included, have respiratory issues (allergies, asthma, COPD, etc.) filtration efficiency was a critical factor. After calling AAV Warehouse to purchase a particular vac I'd picked out online, I spoke with Bob who, rightfully, guided me to a better quality, more durable machine with a higher HEPA efficiency ratingsthan the one I'd originally chosen for same amount of money (maybe a little less, in the long run). I am SO glad I took his recommendation and purchased the SEBO G4. This dream-machine is everything I'd hoped for in a vac, and then some! My office has been through multiple machines over the last 17 years I've worked here. Without exception, everytime someone ran a vac, I end up closing my office door and stuffing towels underneath because of the residual dust, but those days are over thanks to Bob and Sebo. Even the porter who cleans our offices was shocked at the difference between the machine she used here, and the so-called "good" ones at City Hall and other departments that don't even compare to the Sebo. I sent a letter to our Facilities Mgr. this morning telling him how pleased we are with it and noting the obvious difference in cleaning quality AND air quality during/after use that everyone in this building recognized! I advised him to get one for every city department so our porter doesn't have to continue using substandard machines (or jeopardize her health). THANK YOU BOB for the excellent advice. A few weeks ago I posted a review in which I unfairly criticized the All About Vacuums company in the way a credit refund for some merchandise returned was handled. In reality, I was not totally informed about the complicated process with no fault of their own. At the time, I only new that it was difficult dealing with the financing company involved with the credit refund process. The process took more than two months to received my credit.

Beware! Poor salesman and very expensive! I came into shop with a hand held Dyson that was about 5 years old and needed cleaned as it is pulsating when in use... read it’s a common problem for these vacuums. Two men helped at counter and said it would cost 90.00 plus 30 for a filter (which we had just replaced for 12.00) They said it is worth cleaning which will fix problem. Younger man said “ you paid at least 400-600 dollars for the machine. I said nicely, “ NO, definitely not maybe 200-250 max.” I then said “ let me think about it as I we thought it would be less to have cleaned. The older gentleman said rudely “good luck with that” when I was walking out door. My husband and I looked at new ones and they are about 200-240 ... still not even close 400-600!
