Parcel Place — Local services in Plumstead Township

This place is, by far, the best place to go for any package sending, passport photos, mailbox service etc. I have been using them for years and I've literally never been disappointed a single time. The customer service is absolutely fantastic. I've had the exact opposite experience of another recent reviewer here, and I use their services REGULARLY. The mailbox service alone has saved me a world of pain. I used to constantly have FedEx packages disappearing info tracking limbo. Ever since getting a box here that problem has been completely eliminated. They let me know the minute my packages show up and they are always happy to help me carry my things out if they have the extra hands. I would recommend this business for any individual or small business who wants a reliable and friendly business on their side for all their shipping needs. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I'm so happy with the service here that I offered to pay them more. The business owner declined because he is a class act but I'd happily pay them double for what they provide. This UPS store has the best service I have ever experienced. Here is what happened to me today. I parked the car in the parking lot in front of the UPS store, to drop off a large box. While I was waiting for the trunk of my vehicle to completely open I noted that a UPS representative had come out and was walking in my direction. I thought it was to tell me that they were closed or about to close and could not take my box. Next thing I know, this young UPS representative, Alex, was greeting me with a huge smile and offering to help me to carry the box inside. Her colleague also in the meantime had come out to help. These people are awesome! For those who left a bad review, about lack of communication, get real. I partner with Parcel Place for two different business, and they could not be more accommodating. Meeting me at my truck to help me get packages while I have my kids in the truck so I don't have to take them all out. Pulling my mail for me as I'm walking in. And as a true witness of how they deal with all there customers, business or non business, I personally watch them greet everyone, say hello, and be super thorough with explaining services etc. All of us small business owners could take a master class from Parcel Place...
