I always have a good experience here. The representatives offer great customer care, are very knowledgable of the devices and different promotions, and attempt to solve our concerns/needs during the visit. Sure, the wait can be long when they are busy, but that is to be expected. If you need a new phone or need help with your at&t account, etc, I recommend coming here for assistance.

My family and I have been a loyal customer for years. We always got new phones and tablets from this store. However, last October, the sales rep named Melik was 'helping' us sign up for the promotion deal, which was BOGO deal. Per Melik, we qualified - created a new phone line and currently had Direct TV Now. So we purchased Samsung Galaxy Note 9, having an expectation that we signed up for the BOGO deal. 3 Billing cycles later, I realized that the credits were not in my account. I called AT&T customer service, and they told me the actual qualifications were to create a new line AND have direct TV, not direct TV NOW service. The sales rep gave me contraindicating information. The customer service understand my frustration, so they created a case for me for them to review the problem. However, after few weeks of calling customer service, they told me that I had to physically go back to the store and speak to the store manager about the problem I am having.
Therefore, I went to the store yesterday. No manager present. I went to the store today. The assistant store manager, Rayan, told me that he had to speak the sales rep, Melik, before doing anything. So he told me that he will call me later in the day. My mother came into the store in the afternoon to talk to the manager, and Rayan was very rude and also racist because he could not tell the difference between me and my mother. Right after I spoke to my mother on the phone, I called the store, and Rayan gave me attitude about how 'he needs to talk to melik first,' even though he was in the same room as he. So it should be a simple yes or no question about whether or not Melik remembers if he gave us the wrong information about the BOGO deal, does not remember it, or denies his wrongdoing. Rayan gave me attitude, saying that he will call me later. literally 3 mins later, he calls me, saying that he will write a report and send it to the 'higher ups' and his store manager. So that means that Melik is not admitting that he made a mistake.
Anyways, because of this incidence that should never have happened in the first place, had Melik gave me the RIGHT information about the promotion. Instead, I have been wasting my time, hours and hours on the phone, coming to the store, having to explain my situation over and over again. Thanks to this store, I have (most likely) pay the full retail price of 2 phones instead of one.
This store lost my customer loyalty, as well as those in my family plan.

No one else has a clue what they are talking about, and have made an enemy. I have been with AT&T since when it was Cingular wireless still. That has been a long time, as most of you know. My whole family is on AT&T with me, and I went in with a few questions about the new Next plan, and my son ended up leaving with a new phone, and I switched mine to the next as well (losing my grandfathered in unlimited data) because it seemed like a good deal, and I even picked up a tablet on sale. I decided later that night to return the tablet, though it said nothing about the $35 restock fee, I took it and said fine and came in to the store. I get there and they now tell me it is $45 and that I am lying because no one would have said $35 (this coming from the person who TOLD me $35 on the phone). They got my money, but I will be taking all of mine, and hopefully my friends and families business elsewhere. This store seems to be loaded with crooks.
We called the corporate line and find out ALL of the information they gave us in the store about plan pricing, and information was all wrong, and basically conned us in to switching plans. Employees are so dead set on pushing this new plan that they will lie, cheat, and steal their way to get the sales, after being told by the salesman that the reason they have the AT&T Next is because they know customers don't want to be tied to one plan, and this allows them to change when they want without fees, as it should be, because big AT&T doesn't care about customer retention. Yet they push these plans as hard as they can by lying! Ridiculous. Steer clear as far as possible. Do your research BEFORE going in to the store, otherwise risk leaving with a lot of bad information, and possibly a great deal less money.
It seems the employes have a commission based earning, and they make it clear that they want that plan sold and that plan only. They will try to convince you that you will soon be REQUIRED to take the Next plan, which is NOT TRUE. DO not let...
Read moreWARRINGTON LOCATION I needed to go in to upgrade my phone, and I was not looking forward to it because not only had it been a stressful process in the past but now I had my 2 year old with me. The minute I walked in the door I was happily greeted and asked how I could be helped. I was upfront and said I didn’t know if I wanted to do the upgrade right then or just get an idea of my options because my son is a very active 2 year old who doesn’t like to sit still and was nearing nap time. While JOHN started to get my info and get the process quickly rolling making sure I got exactly what I was looking for, DREW politely asked if my son could have a balloon. Then he played with him and made him smile and laugh which brought me so much joy. As a mother of a toddler, I tend to dread bringing him out to run errands and after a short while he usually has a meltdown, especially considering it being nap time. KAMAU, proceeded to help me finish up and continued to interact with my son, while setting up my new phone and holding great conversation. I highly recommend this store, but especially these employees who made what I thought was going to be a stressful experience in to one of a happy toddler, good conversation and laughing. PARIS was also great to talk with and was so nice and patient as my son played everywhere. I feel as if every employee went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure my needs were met with my service and updating my phone but also making me feel comfortable and relieving my anxiety of having a wild little man in a tidy store with expensive products everywhere.
