Iâm very disappointed with my experience at this place. Save ur money and go elsewhere. I went in for treatment on my back acne, body freckles, and underarm whitening. They recommended the same mask for all concerns, and because of the large area, I was told to purchase two packs of the mask, which I did. The treatment was called âenlightenâ or the enlightened plus.
They also mentioned that the follow-up appointment would be a complimentary touch-up for areas that needed more attention. But then asked me I had to purchase another pack for the touch-up because the area was large, and if I purchased it the same day during my initial appointment, Iâd get the discount of new client. Even though the follow-up was supposed to be free, I purchased it, trusting the process. If it worked I wouldnât mind spending money. Unfortunately the treatment was a waste.
Itâs now been over two months since the treatment, and my skin is worse than before. My back acne has not improved, and my underarms actually look worse. I was willing to accept no change on my freckles, as it is not something a mask can improve as they claimed. but seeing my acne and underarms worse is frustrating. I asked for a refund for the additional product I purchased for the âfreeâ follow-up and offered to return the unused masks, but they refused. So still trusting them I did use the additional masks I bought during the follow up appointment.
When I questioned them about the effectiveness of the treatment and whether they had seen improvement in other clients, they confidently said yes. Sadly, that was not my experience. I feel scammed out of my money with no resultsâonly worsening skin. I gave it enough time and see if it will improve after the follow up. Initial appointment was two months ago, the follow up appointment was over a month ago.
I absolutely do not recommend this place or their so-called âEnlightenâ treatment to be specific. Save your money and go somewhere...
Read moreFor many years I lived with scarring all over my forehead that left feeling depressed. The scarring was the result of a Phenol peel gone wrong .It changed my life entirely . I would purposely avoid places and events where I wouldnât be able to wear a hat . I spoke with so many dermatologists and surgeons and even spent a great deal of money traveling out of state for a highly recommended plastic surgeon. Everyoneâs answer to me was exactly the same. Nothing can be done with your problems so just learn to live your life. Feeling even more depressed and defeated I gave up hope for 8 months . One day during an Instagram search for methods to fix facial scarring I came across Dr Jason Emerâs feed. I contacted him and did a virtual consultation. After explaining exactly how my skin was damaged and sending him close up photos he immediately knew what to do. He seeâs this sort of thing on a daily basis and quickly set up a regime to help heal my skin . He also let me know I didnât have to travel all the way to California to see him as he has an office less than one hour away from me ( Novique).I am on my fourth visit to Novique and started off with microneedling with PRP and Aerolase and gradually moved up to the Clear and Brilliant laser . Inna and Irina are insanely good at what they do and have me feeling and looking better than I have in years . They restored so much of my self confidence and I wish I had found them sooner . They pretty much do any type of procedure you can imagine so take a look at their website and give them a call. The attached pictures are of how my skin looks after my 4th visit and one picture shows only a portion of the damage done from a botched Phenol peel from years ago. You can see how clear and smooth my skin has become. If you are wanting to feel and look your best then this is the...
Read moreIt was my first time at Novique. Beautiful and clean facility. Novique squeezed us in with a 2 day notice that I was greatful for. My friend and I booked their lucky charms facial for St. Pattys day as it includes the diamond glow facial. We arrived 3-4 minutes late due to traffic on 611. I was taken right back and asked if I wanted to do the Glow and Go instead as it was cheaper ($175 + $50 derma). I asked if that was the same as diamond glow and the provider said no but It included a peel and I would have a nice glow. It was strange how I booked a particular service prior to coming but upon arrival was asked if I wanted the cheaper version. I wasnât sure if it was because we were a few minutes late and they wanted to get us done quicker but I would think theyâd want us to get the more expensive service between my friend and I. I would expect at a regular spa the provider to try and upsell you, but it was strange at a medical spa that they were trying to offer a lower service
In the middle of my dermaplaning the provider nicked me but did not say anything until after she was done. she did apologize and said it happens sometimes but it was weird that she waited till after she was done to let me know it cut me.
Itâs a shame because it made the rest of the facial uncomfortable with products going into the cut. It was an Ok facial, but not for the price. That was a facial I could have paid half the price for at a regular spa.
I could have gotten the diamond glow for about the same cost at my other medical spa I go too. My skin was not glowing after that facial and it left me quite disappointed. I was upset too, as my friend was visiting and they did the same treatment for her and she was unhappy with...
