About 3 times in the past 2-3 months Iāve went inside this CVS to purchase some snacks or drinks, and use the bathroom, which to my understanding was public, at least to CVS shoppers. However, when I asked an older woman who worked there, she had an attitude with me, and said ānoā with zero explanation. When I asked why, she just said no again. I thought it was odd, but then next week I went in again, however I asked a younger woman about the bathroom and she unlocked it with no problem. A couple weeks later, I went in with 2 of my friends, and the older woman from before said to us āsorry. Only 2 teenagers under 18 are allowed to be in the store at a timeā. I told her that that wasnāt posted anywhere and 2 of us are 18ā. Soon after I said that, 2 other teenagers walked in, but she said nothing to them. I understand not wanting troubled teens to make a mess or steal in your store, but I believe that we were being profiled for how we look, as she did not treat other people or teens tht way. A few weeks later, I went back, made my purchase and asked to use the bathroom again. This is when the same older woman told me that the bathrooms close after 7. I told her I was in there recently after 7 and that was never a policy, nor was it posted anywhere. I donāt complain about places basically ever, but I have been treated poorly by the same employee for a couple months, where new policies are allegedly being introduced but not being made aware. Iām aware that I sometimes dress differently, I wear band tshirts and have black hair, but I am not a criminal, I have no ill intentions towards CVS.
TLDR; I just ask that all cvs employees treat every customer the same, which for a while has not been the case. I love CVS but I hate being treated like a crook by this woman every...

Customer service at this location has been inconsistent for over a year, but unfortunately, it seems to be steadily declining. Today, I stopped in to pick up a prescription and was disappointed once again by the lack of courtesy and professionalism.
There was one person at the counseling window, one car at the drive-thru, three customers at the island, and no one actively at the main counter when I approached. The staff member abruptly shouted, āI CAN TAKE THE NEXT PERSON!āāwith no greeting or acknowledgment. When I stepped forward, she immediately demanded, āLAST NAME. DATE OF BIRTH,ā without a single polite phrase or tone.
I mentioned I was picking up three prescriptions. She bluntly responded, āThere is only one,ā and made no effort to look further or offer assistance in checking for the others. There was no conversation, no attempt to be helpfulājust short, clipped commands. At checkout, she barked, āSIGN THE PAD!ā again with no pleasantries or basic customer courtesy. The transaction ended without even a āthank youā or any closing acknowledgment.
With so many options now availableāfrom online pharmacies to in-store services at Target and grocery chainsāyouād expect CVS to prioritize customer experience. Unfortunately, this visit reflects a serious lack of care and training in customer interaction. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSo I went to CVS thinking I was just gonna grab some snacks and maybe vibe by the cough drops or whatever. But no. CVS had other plans. From the second I walked in, I was attacked by fluorescent lights, the smell of expired vitamins, and a cashier who looked like they were about to quit mid-scan. So me and my friend are browsing the candy aisle, right? His grampyās with us, and heās like, āOoo Wertherās Original,ā which shouldāve been the first red flag. Man pops a hard candy in his mouth like itās no big deal. Two seconds later, he starts choking, then flops to the floor like a fish at a seafood market. š³ Iām screaming, people are freaking out HE HAD A SEIZURE! What do the CVS employees do? NOTHING. One of them literally yelled at him like āSir you canāt lay there!ā as if he CHOSE to go full seizure mode on the tile floor. Like bro, heās fighting for his life, not doing yoga. Eventually, some random customer with a Target bag called 911 because the CVS staff was acting like NPCs in a broken video game. Paramedics showed up, saved Grampy (legend), and he survived, but he will probably never eat a hard candy again. And honestly, I get it. So yeah. CVS gave my friendās grampy a near-death experience, yelled at him while he flopped like a Magikarp, and didnāt even offer a coupon after. 0/10. Iām never going back unless I want danger, drama, and...
