Past experiences have been very poor.. while shopping, simply inquired what time store closed as I had an appointment nearby and would return later to shop if store would be open. Owner responded with very curt” we don’t hold things for you here.. our items fly out and we have a very limited stock.” #1 I did not ask you to hold anything #2 You had 4 of the same shirt I was looking at. The visit prior to this,another salesperson had rang my purchase and left as it was the end of her day. The owner and I were talking briefly as she was looking at her papers by the register. She then looked at me and said”I don’t see that you paid !” My purchased items were wrapped in tissue and bagged..receipt was in my possession. She was insistent she didn’t see that I paid( she was looking at credit card receipts). I cooly advised her to look for the $100 dollar bill that would coincide with my items and receipt. I first experienced Heather Bleu Home as a customer. I love beautiful clothes and was delighted to find so many unique and pretty things there.
