Do not under any circumstances order products from this company. My shipment of a salt lamp and other products arrived damaged and not even sent in a shipping box. It was sent in a paper thin box with worthless packing material if you can even call it that. She did not use a normal shipping box.When I called to resolve the matter she said they try to go green. Not only that but she would not send me a return label. She asked me to send pictures of the damages which I did 5 of them which clearly showed the damages and than she had the nerve to call back and still question the damage. So I am now disputing the charges with my credit card company as she never credited me as promised. Today i tried one more time to resolve the matter and spoke with Andrea who said she was the owner. She was just as horrible as the first woman even saying she had fifty dollars insurance and would make a claim with the post office. I told her she was ridiculous as they were at fault for the way they packaged the item. No way she should file a claim. If I were you I would not use any of there services either. Wanted to experience the SALT Cave and see what it's all about. I ha e alot of inflammation, chronic pain, allergies, etc. The salt cave is known to help relief with ailments, I figured it would be like a salt float without the water part. So getting into the room, the floor is comprised of large Himalayan salt crystals they ask you to wear just white socks while inside the cave. Then the walls have parts of Himalayan salt inlay3d in parts otherwise its spray insulation to mimic a cave look which is neat. The ceiling has twinkle lights and the chairs are zero gravity which allows you to recline so you're laying totally flat. They provide a blanket and while inside your breathing a light salt mist within 15 mins areas where the inflammation was horrendous I felt a sensation as if the inflammation worked itself from the inside out. At the end of the 45 mins I left feeling lighter, without the tension, inflammation I had when I arrived....

LOVE LOVE LOVE the Salt Cave here in Doylestown!! I have been here a few times and walk out feeling fantastic every time!! I had a Reflexology session with Diane yesterday and OMG!! she is AMAZING!! She knows exactly what is ailing you and fixes those problems! She is such a caring and lovely woman! She makes you feel very comfortable and takes her time to help you! I suffer from migraines and she truly helped me with the severity of it! I met with Andrea again, when I came in and I can't say enough wonderful things about her as well! She is such a kind and caring soul as well! She saw how much I was suffering when I came in and helped me get some relief by showing me some CBD products they carry. They truly work! I can't wait to go back! The Salt Cave is quickly becoming my Zen place to decompress and feel better! Thank you ladies for welcoming me again and helping me! See you...
