Very disappointing first experience with this company. I purchased pjs using a coupon that was offered on the site for first time customers. Less than 10 minutes later I received an email saying my order was canceled. I contacted the store via instagram. They said no coupons could be used on that brand of pj. My items had been put back in stock and sold to others. I asked them why they had not contacted me first. They said the computer does it automatically. They told me to have a nice evening and blocked me on Instagram. Shopper beware!

Response to Owner: I did NOT attempt to repurchase hours later as stated by owner. I have the emails and screenshots. It was literally minutes after I discovered the cancelation. In summation, the correct action would have been to process the order without the coupon and INFORM the customer that no disc could be honored. I would have understood and wouldnt have worried about the few extra dollars. Review remains the same....

I am so impressed with the customer service as well as the gorgeous and unique merchandise at Seedlings & Sprouts. I purchased a David Bowie onesie for my grandson, that unfortunately had a manufacturing problem. Seedlings and Spouts went above and beyond to take care of the problem, and sent my Grandson a replacement all the way to England where he lives with my son and daughter-in-law. I bought this fabulous onsie in the shop in Doylestown, and they sent the replacement across the pond! ...
