Hello potential and future shoppers! Hope this review helps you know what you are going to walk into. If you are looking for terrible customer service, to not be acknowledged, or racially profiled, this is the store for you then. The employees do not care to make sales but instead stare at you like if you are going to steal. I walked in with my niece and a stroller , later my husband and daughter walked in and was continued to be stared up and down. Never told what store promotion was going on, nor asked if I needed help shopping for anything. By the way, store was not busy to not be given help. Manager either lacks training employees on customer service or just hires any person to fill the job. Retail is not for everyone and the employee that made my experience horrible at this location should really reconsider another job.

Attention upper management; if sales, upt and conversion is low at this store , you should really look into management and their training/hiring...

This location deserve 0 stars. My finance and I recently purchased a Christmas gift for her father but decided to go with something else. However, I went to return the item and was told I could not return the item by the manager Edward because the card did not match the receipt. I explained to him I only have two discover cards and showed him both and the transaction of the shoes being purchased on my discover account. Also listed on my account was shown that I used Apple Pay which I found out once I took them to another Cole Hann that when you use Apple Pay the receipt gives a random last 4 of the card number for security purposes. If I did not go to the other location I would of been basically stuck with the shoe and or force to get a cole hann gift card. I will never do business at the...

I bought some shoes! Took them home. I tried them at home, was not happy with it. I tried to return them the FOLLOWING DAY , here somebody claimed to be a manager named MICHAEL, was very rude, did not want to accept the return even though the shoe was bought the day before. I explained that I was not happy with the shoes. He dis not care. He even said “ OH I Remember you buying the shoes”. Sincerely I felt very bad treated and humiliated. I will never ever shop with Cole haan again.

The situation was fixed later. The store manager was really nice and understanding. Very helpful. He asked me to come back to do the return. I did and the lady that returned the shoes was smiling and...
