Went Christmas shopping today and it was 8:40pm when they locked the door. The store is supposed to close at 9 pm. I was inside the store waiting to purchase some items. My husband had gone to the bathroom and I was waiting for him to come in to pay. When he arrived I asked the male employee at the door if he could come in to pay. The employee stated that he, “can not allow him to come in because his manager will not allow that and he wouldn’t want to get fired for that.” Instead he suggested for my husband to give me his card to pay. I told him if I could just switch with him so that he can come inside to pay. He reiterated that was not allowed. So to avoid any further argument I asked my husband for the card. I went back inside to pay (if my purchase would’ve not been a gift I would’ve left it) I asked 2 different employees who was the store manager and they stated the man I had been speaking with was the manager. I asked the male employee again if he was the manager and he stated he was one of 3 managers. The closing manager was in the back. When they were ready to ring up my purchase I asked the cashier, who was the manager and she pointed out someone else who happen to be speaking to the male employee aka manager. Not sure why they didn’t want to tell me who the manager was.
PSA: In case you want to make a purchase go before 8:30 pm. They will not let you inside the store. The manager that didn’t want to say he was a manager from the beginning his name is Jason according to the other employees. Terrible customer service and management especially in a high...
Read moreI am a loyal customer of Tory Burch. I used to buy a lot from this brand. Every branch I have entered across America treats their customers in a professional and courteous manner, except for this store. The service here is very disrespectful and rude. They make me feel every time that I am a thief and not a valuable customer. They continue to follow me inside the store while shopping in a disgusting way and prevent me from examining some items under the pretext that I cannot buy them again. They kept calling each other and talking about how legal it was for me to buy. They collect my data internally and I am not allowed to give my data to the cashier as if I am on their blacklist. I always wait at the cashier more than half an hour until they check my profile before I can buy any piece. They don’t even smile or say sorry, literally I’m like a thief and they treat me as that. I know that the company has a policy that a customer is not allowed to buy more than three pieces of each item, but they use this policy in the most horrific ways. I direct these words to the company; Remember, I am the one paying the money and I have the right to receive decent service, at...
Read moreShoutout to Maria for helping me and my friend shop / purchase our three purses. She gets all of the stars.
My 1 star review goes to Tory who stole Maria's purchases from her. Ironic her name is Tory... (according to the receipt) It was a strange and awkward situation that made our shopping experience go from exciting to weird. Maria was helping us and put our bags in the back of the counter. When we were in line, Tory grabbed our things even though we said Maria helped us. Maria came just in time to get our things and check us out but Tory kept insisting she was helping us (when she knew she didn't help us). Maria was the one who was supposed to get the sale but Tory snatched it from her. Causing a whole mess in line. I'm curious why she did that, y'all are coworkers and that's awkward, it's not a big deal. Tory took us to the back room to check us out even though we were trying to be checked out by Maria. It was just the weirdest situation and we hope the manager sees this review because it made my friend and I feel sooo...
