Updated review: My wife and I stayed here again and it wasn’t as busy as our last stay, which was nice. The rooms feel much older than they felt last time. While there are lots of USB outlets they are all type A which is mostly useless now. The TV is a table mounted small TV. We don’t watch TV but it’s helpful as it has hotel information on it. The bathroom has a tub with a shower instead of a walk in shower (feels dated). We didn’t see any EV charging. On our next trip we will be driving an EV so this will become an important amenity for us. We couldn’t connect to WiFi on our three phones and two laptops. The front desk told us they connected IT and it would be fixed in under an hour. It never worked. On checkout I told the front desk that I was disappointed that it never started working. They handed me a piece of paper with a website address you enter and it gets you to the WiFi login page. That worked and they said the other person should have given us the instructions as they had a stack printed out so it must happen often. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. While disappointed with the aging rooms and WiFi issue we will likely stay here again depending on our need to charge our EV. Original Review from March, 2024 This Fairfield is different from other ones we have stayed at. It has three Marriott hotels in  a circle. Each hotel has its own parking lot and pool. Between Fairfield and the Courtyard by Marriott there is a courtyard with places to sit and games to play for both children and adults. One area was for children 2 - 5 years old, another playground was for older children. We played Jenga and Cornhole. We also both sat in a giant Adirondack chair enjoying the beautiful night. There was also ping pong tables We were on a 1,500 mile drive and didn’t want to get back into the car to go out to dinner. There are a few places to eat in the village plus you can walk to three restaurants right from the village. We picked Bahama Breeze Island Grill. It was a few minutes walk to get there. Checking in there was a sign about Breakfast. “Ready for Breakfast? Play ahead; No Line 6:30 - 7:45, Light Traffic 7:45 - 8:15, Heavy Traffic 8:15 - 9:30. We set our alarm for 6:30 and were downstairs at 6:45. The line was out of the buffet room. Hundreds of high school children were online or already eating breakfast. The line moved fast but it was 15 minutes before we started to take food. We were lucky that someone just got up from a table as all tables were full and some children were sitting on the floor eating. Half an hour later a teacher made an announcement that the bus was going to leave soon and quickly the buffet emptied out. It wasn’t a real issue but wasn’t what we were expecting. The buffet was the best one we have had at a Fairfield Inn making up for the longer like. I did get my Mickey Mouse waffle and also had eggs with cheese and salsa and some sausage. The workers were trying to keep things moving and were all friendly. After breakfast we went and sat at the pool for a little while before continuing our drive south. I didn’t see any EV chargers but this is a large complex with three hotels so I might have just missed it. EV charging is something we will use to decide where to stay. If you have an EV you want to charge while at your hotel overnight. It doesn’t need to be fast charging but enough to charge overnight and you need to be assured that you will have an open charger as part of your reservation. The bottom line is that we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Hopefully not with hundreds of high school children.

Room- Well maintained and spacious enough for 4. The bathrooms were clean and we got plenty of towels. The beds were double size not queen, which makes a little bit of a difference when you have kids. Loved how the fridge got super cold almost freezing our water, which was great for the heat. The shower gel, shampoo, conditioner were in big attached bottles and smelled great, although we use our own. A great plus was that we could log into our Netflix and kids watched familiar shows. Pool- It was great that there were no deep areas (I think the deepest was 4ft 2inches or so), considering the kids. They have a towel rack for dry towels and bin for wet towels that is very convenient. The size is okay but during the busier times, it can get crowded. There is also a covered area to sit if the sun is scorching. Additionally you can order food by scanning a QR code and letting them know your chair number. There is also a little splash pad feature which is great for the little ones Breakfast- It’s great that breakfast is included in the stay. We loved that there was plenty of seating space. There is always a line for making waffles despite there being 4 waffle makers. They have a chart of what times it gets busy, so we tried to go in early. The hot items usually included eggs, which ran out fast. The fruits were also hot or miss. They always had mini muffins that kept running out. Typical breakfast was cereal, fruit, yogurt, mini-muffins, eggs, sausage/bacon, tortilla/french toast, waffles, juice, coffee/tea. They were pretty good at replenishing what was running out. *there are restaurants within walking distance that could be an option for a heavier brunch. Service- Everyone we encountered was pleasant. We did have to wait a while to check in, because there was only one person at the counter for a while. Parking- Enough space but it is $25/night to park. Other facilities - The gym was well equipped. The food hall was a little pricey but quite convenient (the picture was of large fries), there are also some toys and puzzles for the kids in here. The 24/7 arcade had some games that were not working and you have to be careful not to tap your play card too many times thinking it didn’t register, because we needed up losing a lot of point this way, and due to the fact that this is run by a third party company, the hotel is not liable (but they did gracefully give us some credit towards our parking). The loading elevator, located not the side of the hotel is super slow. The ice machine close to us was not working. There was a gift shop that was pretty good. The kids play area was designed for older kids, not necessarily toddlers. Location- I think this hotel is in a great location. We drove about 15 -20 mins to most places; sea world, international drive etc. We would stay again for sure. Here are my overall ratings Room- 8/10 Pool- 8/10 Breakfast- 8.5/10 Service- 8/10 Parking- 7/10 Other facilities- 7/10 Location- 9/10

There is also a little splash pad feature which is great for the little ones

Breakfast- It’s great that breakfast is included in the stay.

Here are my overall ratings

Room- 8/10 Pool- 8/10 Breakfast- 8.5/10 Service- 8/10 Parking- 7/10 Other facilities-...
