This is the worst store ever I have ever been. First of all, after getting 2 phones on the same day (paid both devices in full in a couple of days) and pre-ordered another one (BOGO promo), paid it in full after 24 hoursā¦Augustine was my sales rep. I asked him about the process... I was never informed properly that I have to do the leg work for the promotion...kept on waiting for months for the visa gift card but it did not come through. Manager and other sales rep won't even speak for the person that assisted me that day..."he's usually very thorough" and "Good with his job" they said, apparently not, I have been in battle with Verizon about the promotion because they said it was already expired...I was like expired...I was never told anything about doing anything in the first place. I was only informed that the gift card will be mail. Then the manager called me about this issue. He told me that someone from the customer service will email me and it should start from there. Second, my sales rep told me that since I transferred/ported my lines I should also get a credit for all the lines I will ported (3 lines=$300) that did not happen also. They also made me buy 2 cases, 2 tempered glass protectors, and 2 power banks (simply saying, it's ok..."You will get the credit for all the lines you ported in"....) The manager gave me a crazy reason why he can't honor the $300 credit to my account for porting my 3 lines to Verizon. The manager told me that the credit only applies if I would go under contract, but since my account and all my line were not in contract I will not get the creditā¦if Augustine is good at what his doing or if heās very thorough, he should have at least had the courtesy to tell me that I will only get in if I go under VW contract but NO. All promises⦠all b*St⦠For all the people that want to go to this place be very careful.... get all the information you guys need before leaving the store. Make sure everything is in writing especially the credit for the lines you will port or transfer in with them.... don't believed them that you will get the credit. They will make you believed that you really will get the credit but nothing. Make sure to:
THIS āA WIRELESSā IS NOT A REAL VW STORE! BEWARE OF THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE! THEY ARE ALL INCOMPETENT OF WHAT THEY DO. THEY WILL PROTECT THEIR OWN PEOPLE RATHER THAN PROTECT THEIR CUSTOMER. ITāS A SHAME⦠I AM A DISABLED VETERAN AND I BELIEVE I DONāT DESERVED TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS.
I WILL REPORT THEM TO BBB FOR NOT DISCLOSING ALL THE INFORMATION ABOUT THE STORE CREDIT THEY PROMISE AFTER PORTING MY LINES AND AFTER THEY TRICKED ME OF BELIEVING THAT I WILL RECEIVE IT AND MADE ME BUY ALL THOSE...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDealt with a employee there the last 2 days. He wanted to start me a business account. I met him at a store in deland because he gave someone I know a iPad that was used and even had a screen protector on it. While I was there I heard him lie over the phone to the real Verizon while it was being returned. Then we talk about the business account. He messaged me for 2 days getting info etc. he called me today and told me I was approved with No down payments. He was working at a store in Orlando that was a hour and 29 min from Me. With traffic on I4 it took 2 hours. I told him I would come to him to start my account since he was the one who took the time to get the account approved. I told him I would and I kept my word. Seemed like the right thing to do. I took the time to drive all the way there so he would get commission. Now thereās a Verizon corporate store 15 min away from me. This is a 3rd party Verizon store. So I get all the way there and guess what. Down payments. Oh yeah, also when I was leaving inasked about the trade in thjng. I told him that I had a Couple phones to trade in. I also told him one was activation locked. He said itās fine. I would get $500 for that one. So when I got there not only did I have down payments, I had to sit there for 5 Hours. This store didnāt have anything in stock.so Iām the middle of doing that transaction I had to leave and go 20 min away to a store (real Verizon ) to get my iPad. I get back to his store and itās after 9 pm. Then when I got there he told me he Ciuldnt take the phone. I just went and spent another $300 at the other store becose he said I would have that $500 credit. I also paid off all my phones from my other carrier and bought 2 expensive phone this afternoon. Now this is 2 lies and he just didnāt care that both lies cost me money, a lot of gas and an entire day. I was upset. I threw my debit card on the desk and said just run the card. Then he had the nerves to tell me he will Not be selling me anything. Of course I argue, Iām upset. I told him he better. He cost me $1000 and an entire day. And I did that again, so he would get his commission. I was being nice. I was already approved in the computer and had the application number. So he calls the cops. Wonāt sell me my stuff, and I ported over my number as well. Then I get home and look on my account and I have 3 devices on there! So needless to say Iāll be taking a long drive again today. Do not go there.ill post his later...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHORRIBLE experience with this Authorized Retailer, and beware of what looks like some jinky behavior on Victra's part.
I'm a 15 year Verizon customer. My daughter bought an iPhone 8 there after her old one was stolen. (she's on the Disney intern program). After selling it to her, we found later that it wasn't activated, she had to go back then next day to get it to work.
Given there is a 14 day return/exchange policy with Verizon, a week later my daughter wanted to upgrade it to the Plus model a couple of day's later. When she went to the store to upgrade it, she was told to leave, as they were too busy and about to close. She was made to feel humiliated and left.
I called the store personally and confirmed that the phone could be exchanged/upgraded. Then when she went in on the 14th day, she was then told that this store counted the sale to be as of midnight and this was actually 15 days and not eligible for the exchange/upgrade. I then got on the phone with Verizon's support, and conference called in the Victra Sales person. Verizon management also told this sales rep that the 14 day should be honored and that they should exchange the phone. "Conveniently" the stores manager was unavailable. After a frustrating discussion about fuzzy math, Verizon decided to give up as well.
To Verizon's credit, they took care of the matter themselves. apologizing for the experience, and exchanged/upgraded the phone for me. We went to a real Verizon store and the took care of the matter originally.
I would not recommend this...
