It’s a nice store but there’s an employee (Nia) was her name who was folding the clothes, was warning people who walked by the T-Shirts telling you those are already folded , every single time you walk by , told my parents numerous times which was rude. I spoke to the manager and all he kept saying he understand but people always mess up the clothes which is crazy they take it so serious, we not once had the opportunity to even pick up a T-shirt. She said it was near closing time and have I ever worked at a clothing store to relate to her. I have never experienced such bad customer service at a tourist like store. She gets paid for keeping it organize and helping which I did not get why she was complaining. It was one small shelf of shirts, anyways Like I said not even at a higher market store do they tell you not to touch the folded t shirts. As a customer I like to see what I am purchasing, my parents walked out upset and did not purchase anything due to her attitude. Overall experience of the store was ok, I was there with my family and there was a NASA shuttle, kinda like a trophy. It was in the window and I figure why not ask how much this item was, grabbed it and took it up to the cashier. I asked how much? I was told $500 and I asked no really. Short blonde who must have been on break, said it’s $500 buck, I asked them to please scan the sticker. There was two other cashiers there the younger of the 3 said, it’s not in the system and the blonde said it’s $500 bucks. My husband, myself, and a couple friend of ours came in to get something for our fridge! I came in and was immediately greeted with “We close in 3 min” . No manners or educate at all. I then proceeded to respond with “ok, we I am just looking for a magnet” she said “ok” she then said the same thing to our friends. Someone came from the back yelling something to the another employee and said to my friend who was beside me AGAIN!! “We close in 3min”. She said “Yes, we are aware”. After all of this we all felt uncomfortable and decided it was best to leave.

Every place has its time of closing and we respected their time, but they did NOT respect us at all.
