If I could give zero stars, I would. This was hands down the worst barbershop experience I’ve ever had, and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. This barbershop completely butchered my hair and gave me one of the most uncomfortable, unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had.

First off, the barber didn’t even bother to use a neck guard when putting on the cape unhygienic and lazy just threw it on bare skin like hygiene wasn’t even a thought. To make it worse, when he was done cutting my hair he brought me back to the chair and started cutting my hair again without even putting a cape on at all. I left covered in itchy hair from head to toe. Absolutely ridiculous. Completely unprofessional and unsanitary.

The haircut itself? A total disaster uneven, rushed, and nothing like what I asked for. It looked like he was just trying to get me out the door as fast as possible. No attention to detail, no care, just a sloppy hack job. Multiple other barbers in the shop kept coming over, pointing things out, and telling him how to fix it, which says a lot. Even they knew it was bad. He acknowledged their feedback and then completely ignored it, continuing to do whatever he wanted anyway.

I walked out with an uneven, sloppy mess that looked nothing like what I asked for. It honestly felt like I was his first-ever haircut, and I was the unlucky test subject. Save yourself the regret. I wouldn’t go back here if it was free.

I can’t say enough great things about my experience at House of Barbers in Orlando, especially with Roberto! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome that made us feel right at home. I am beyond furious with the disaster your so-called stylist Moon created with my hair during my appointment at 3:15 PM on 03/13/25. I booked the appointment under the name Jay P. I asked for a simple trim on the top, and instead, this incompetent stylist chopped off an entire front section in one careless snip. He had no idea what he was doing, couldn’t follow basic instructions, and was clearly nervous from the start.

To make it worse, another stylist had to step in to try and fix the mess he made, but the damage was already done. And what did Moon do? He threw a bunch of gel in my hair, trying to cover up his mistake instead of actually fixing it. At the time, I was in a hurry and didn’t realize just how bad it was, but when I got home and saw the full disaster, I was absolutely horrified.

I attached photos so you can see the wreckage for yourself. How is this acceptable? Do your stylists even know how to cut hair? I paid for a professional service, and instead, I got my hair butchered. This is beyond unprofessional, and I refuse to let this slide.
