Small stand-alone walk up shopfront with parking nearby. I've driven by before. It is located on a busy road near many hotels in the Disney Springs area, so depending on day of the week, time of day and weather, I could definitely see them having a line and not just a person, but the whole family in one party. I heard they had the viral Korean Ice cream and stopped by to check them out. It was a Sunday, late afternoon between 3-5 pm. There were 2 parties infront of me but we were all asking about the same thing, Korean Ice Cream. I tried to overhear what the man was saying about the available flavors to the party in front of me. Unfortunately they were out of mango and strawberry, but did have orange, lemon, grape, chicken and.... corn, yep, 🌽, and I went with weird and got.... corn. For $8.45 I got corn shaped and flavored ice cream it. I was not surprised by the shape, I was surprised there was a hint of chocolate, because yes it was sweet corn ice cream, but the corn flavor was subtle, just a hint of corn. I noticed that in addition to the man taking money at the window there was someone at the freezer grabbing ice cream. There were aleast 6 more people at the ready to make other concoctions and after seeing some of the other pics I think went there for the wrong thing. 😅 I noticed they have Mora (blackberry) jugo (juice) which is, my favorite to get at Latin restaurants. So the next time I'm in the area, I'll have to come by again. Did anyone else see the Hello Kitty frappe in the pics? What flavor it that???

Unfortunately, my experience wasn't pleasant at all. I think that while the product isn't bad in terms of flavor and texture, it's expensive, and the service wasn't what I expected. They had outside spoons and when I asked for that they just pointing at me with a bad face... ahí... I think places like these should have bilingual staff, and that's not discriminatory. I didn't know they spoke Spanish, and when I spoke English, they didn't act very well, and aside from that, they spoke a few things in Spanish that weren't the most appropriate. In addition, one of them kept texting on her phone; unfortunately, they weren't friendly. I went to this place because it is viral, but I honestly think there are other options with tremendously better service, closer to that place, with better prices. Viral isn't always that good. For me there will not be more opportunities for this place.

We visited this place without checking reviews first, just looking for an ice cream or fruit spot. When we arrived, we noticed the menu had no prices listed, which was already a red flag. We ordered three items: a blackberry smoothie, a mangonada, and a Dubai chocolate. The total came out to over $50, which felt extremely overpriced for what we were getting. We decided to cancel one item due to the high cost. When our order arrived, we were very disappointed. The items looked nothing like the photos advertised. The mangonada came with unripe mango that was hard and unpleasant to eat. When I asked for it to be replaced, they gave me only a few small pieces of mango in return—for an item that cost nearly $20 and was mostly just Tajín-flavored liquid. Overall, the quality did not match the price at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

If you see ANY KIND OF A LINE, DO NOT GO.

The people that work there are nice enough (from my limited interaction), but they have you pay BEFORE they tell you how long the wait is, and they do not allow refunds once you find out. We waited for over 2 hours (I honestly lost track of time, could have been almost 3) for 2 Dubai Chocolates and a blackberry juice totalling around $40 before tip. We were right near the window and when our number finally came up, we did not hear it, so someone took it upon themselves to steal our order. I am flabbergasted that with an insane amount of people and chaos that receipts are not checked. We had heard 47, 51, 48, 54, etc, and finally like a 60 (they did not go in order and we were 53) and it had been a while since we heard any 50s, we asked and they explained what happened and told us it would be right out. We waited at least another 20 minutes, maybe more, and they forgot the juice... another 10 minutes for that... they were out of the peach shaped icecream so that was a bummer too, but they had told us that prior to paying.

If my friends had not wanted to go and chose to stay, as soon as I saw the line I would have kept driving. I knew it would be a wait, but I never thought it would push 3 hours. That alone made it not worth it. The price, not worth it. The product itself (flavors and junk), not worth it. You can go to 10 other near by places for various types of Dubai Chocolate, and for the peach or mango things, go to an Asian market. I feel they intentionally have you pay before you realize what you got yourself into. Tourist...

Horrible experience! Don’t let the pictures fool you! Pictures of their drinks are pretty but taste is not good at all and overly priced. If you have questions about drinks they can’t help you due to language barrier And The ladies that work there had a horrible attitude when my son spilled his drink mainly the toppings came off and went back asked them to re add the toppings and offered to pay extra for the toppings and they started talking in Spanish and rolling their eyes and shaking their heads and ruined the drink because she filled it up 1/2 way with whip cream and poured sprinkles but a bunch came off and she closed the little window not sure what else they did to the drink but at this point my son was crying for his drink so had to get it otherwise I wouldn’t have even taken any of the drinks due to their attitude, later gave me drink back with few pieces of candy on top . Now I spent $71.00 for 4 drinks and to treat people like that is ridiculous. The pomegranate drink didn’t taste like anythIng but sugar and limonade, the frappes my kids got the one that spilled it was pretty much all whip cream but the other one didn’t like it he said it didn’t taste good and he loves anything sugary I was surprised and my mangonata was watery so there I feel like I lost $71 dollars and recieved lots of insults and attitude by...
