One star for the terrible delivery system they have using a company nobody has ever heard of who leaves packages outside an apartment complex in a metropolitan city where anyone walking by can see it or walk off with it. Then, there is no live chat or anyone answering their phone in customer service. So instead of sending the product out to you in a new shipment, they lie to you and tell you in is no longer available when it most certainly is and if you want to reorder, it will cost more with new shipping costs than you were refunded from the stolen package left outside. Original Penguin is hands down my favorite store for men's clothing, offering the best selection of stylish and high-quality apparel and accessories.

Every time I visit, I can't resist picking up 3-4 shirts because their styles are just that good. The quality of the clothes is exceptional, and the designs always feel fresh and versatile. I only wish they would open a Penguin store in Tampa to make shopping even more convenient!
