Was really excited to visit this store for the first time but the employees inside the store were not very friendly or willing to help me as I browsed around the store I had seen the employees helping everyone else and when they went to go check out they asked was anyone helping them and they said yes but when I went to go check out with my purchase the cashier did not even ask me if anyone help me.... I Will always buy Swarovski jewelry and I will visit this store again with the knowledge of what I'm getting into when I walk in the store,,,,...

had an absolutely FANTASTIC experience here on 7/17 with Jeny and Yvonne. extremely friendly and helpful. i never felt pushed into a sale and they were still attentive towards me even when the store had a big rush. Jeny helped me find a disney ring that i had been looking for for a long time and also the matching earrings for a phenomenal price. she also kept me well informed on the warranty which was super helpful. i'm not a local to florida (but i travel here frequently) but i think i'll only shop at this...

Great selection of products. The entire store is accessible by wheelchair. Products are easy to access for trying on, very few are locked in cases.

We have been to this store dozens of times and the staff is NOT what keeps us coming back.Unless you speak Spanish or look South American you are Not going to get the warm and helpful sales experience. We are lucky if we even get a greeting, even when we are the only customers...
