Wow! This place is a gift! ❤️ First and foremost, I never usually go out of my way to write a review but this place is beyond exceptional that I can’t help but share my amazing experience at Serotonin Center.

I first came across the company when I saw an advertisement of a coolsculpting event on my Instagram/Facebook page (I’m sure my google search engine helped w/ that since I’ve been looking it up the week before). I happened to be around town the same time and decided to go. From the moment I stepped foot in the door, I was greeted with huge warm welcoming smiles from the staff.

Kim is beyond amazing! She became one of my favorite human beings because of her captivating personality. I’ve been seeing her now for my coolsculpting treatments since September. I opted in for 8 sessions and my results have been promising thus far! I am so pleased with her care & treatment plan for me. She’s even connected me with the rest of her team that expertise in other treatments I’ve been interested in.

Danielle is also exceptional! I mentioned to her a few of my issues regarding my health and recommended so many amazing and natural products that could be helpful for me. She doesn’t gatekeep which is so awesome of her. It’s very rare to find good and honest people who are willing to share good resources.

I came to Serotonin in Windermere to use their hyperbaric oxygen chamber for therapy on my eye due to a central retinal vein occlusion. It is not a definitive cure but a chance to maybe help retina tissue heal and thicken that was lost due to the clot. Carol and Tina who work at the center and operate the chamber could not be more kind and helpful in my quest to see if this therapy would work and i can't forget Heather who I see less frequently but is also a great help when i visit. I will say if anyone has this happen to them, the quicker you can start the oxygen therapy, the better your chance to save a good portion of your eyesight according to a few studies but nothing is guaranteed and the studies are limited. None the less, the girls have a great attitude and openness to help in any way they can. Always positive and welcoming, it is very comforting to have people who care and show the willingness to help in any way when you are unsure and just trying to hopefully have a breakthrough. I could only imagine they are the same in any task they perform at the center. Very grateful for all their time and attention when i visit. Would highly recommend Serotonin Centers Spa in Windermere, Florida!!! I have already been there on three different visits and can honestly say the staff, services and products are top notch! From the minute you walk in to the last minute you are there, you are respectfully and professionally taken care of. Both of my technicians, Kim and Katarina were both fabulous as I received my Hydra Facial and “Pep in Your Step” IV treatments. They were gentle, informative and explained the services fully! I have thoroughly enjoyed every visit and have already started seeing improvements to my skin and body. Can’t wait to try all their other services like the LightStim Led bed treatment, the Hyperbaric Oxygen therapy and CoolSculpting. They also offer great package treatment deals to save you money on multi treatments. A fantastic medical spa for some “me time”.
